History
Established in 1986.
Jeffrey Jenkins began practicing bankruptcy law in 1985 and has focused on bankruptcy ever since. In 1986 he started the firm of Jenkins & Jenkins; in 1994 the firm evolved into Jenkins & Clayman. Eric joined Jenkins & Jenkins in 1989 and in 1994 Eric partnered with Jeffrey to form Jenkins & Jenkins. Both Jeffrey and Eric and lectured throughout New Jersey on Consumer Bankruptcy Law for both attorneys and accountants.
Jeff has written a book entitled «Make Bankruptcy Work For You». See our website at jenkinsclayman.com to obtain a free copy of the book. Jeff has also co-authored a Number One Best Selling Book in 2015 with Business Development Expert Brian Tracy entitled «Success Today». Additionally, Jeff has also been interviewed regarding various bankruptcy matters on national television (ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX) on the «Get Real» show with host Kristi Frank (star of the television show «The Apprentice»).

Jeffrey Jenkins Esquire.
Business Owner
Jeffrey Jenkins, our senior partner, graduated from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. After graduation, Jeff served our country as an infantry officer for 8−½ years. Then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, from which he received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1984. Jeff has been Board Certified by the American Board of Certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 1985.
Eric Clayman, partner, was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. He graduated from Cherry Hill High School and then went to Rutgers College, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982. Eric then attended Rutgers School of Law from which he graduated in 1985 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Eric has been voted one of New Jersey’s Top Bankruptcy Attorneys four different times in recent years.
