I recently moved back to Auburn from Sparks and moved my accounts to this branch as well as opened new accounts for my wife and son. Once again, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Several days ago, I had a problem with my ATM card. I called the phone banking number and reported the problem. The customer service rep who took the call said the card had been closed, but he couldn’t see why. After verifying my security information, he had the card reactivate within 15 minutes. Kudos to US Bank for getting the problem corrected very quickly. I highly recommend US Bank.
