History

Established in 2003.

I practiced dentistry for a couple years as an associate in another doctor’s office before meeting Dr. Richard Mariani in Auburn. I purchased his office in 2003 and we worked together for the next 3 ½ years. We have retained 100% of the staff which is a very good indicator of an office’s stability and maturity. Our patients and staff tell me they are very happy Dr. Mariani was so careful in picking his successor.

Business Owner

I was born and raised in a small town in Michigan called Higgins Lake. It is a beautiful spring-​fed lake about twenty-​six miles in circumference. Warm summers on the lake, snowmobiling in the winter and no bumper to bumper traffic made growing up there wonderful. After graduating from Roscommon High School in 1991, I attended the University of Michigan where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While many of you may not be fond of Wolverine fans here in the Pacific Northwest I can assure you I’m actually a pretty nice guy. After Michigan, I moved out to New York City where I attended and graduated from Columbia Univeristy School of Dental & Oral Surgery in 2000. I ended up dating, and eventually marrying, one of my classmates. My wife, Dr. Judy Chen, was admitted to the University of Washington’s Orthodontics program which, obviously, brought us out to this great land of Washington. She is currently practicing in Redmond, WA.
