The Yard Guy

I am very impressed with the service I received from the Yard Guys. I had an irrigation emergency and water leaking every where. They promptly sent someone out that day and fixed it for me. They where very informative, had great customer service and I appreciated the thoroughness, quality and timeliness of there work.

All I can say is the yard guy promises the moon and delivers only ½ of that.
He swore he could do 2 huge parts of our yard (we have 5 useable acres) in 2 days.
He told us he would eradicate the blackberries that had taken over by using a tractor with a mulcher on the back. We asked him if they would grow back and he said «No because we mulch and get the seeds and everything»
Well here we are 2 mos later and the entire hillside has blackberries all over it
He also took the full 2 days just to do ½ of the job but kept telling us he was «on schedule»
At the end of the 2^nd day he told us his crew couldn’t possibly get to the work that was needed on the hill but he would come back and do that…
We ended up spending thousands of dollars and 2 mos later have the exact same problem.
Our neighbor had the same issue with him. He kept adding days and they ended up paying $ 5000 and didn’t get what they wanted either.
Our experience with this guy is that he doesn’t live up to his word or his bid.
He talks a lot and while he’s talking his crew is standing around.
I do NOT recommend using this guy for anything
