The Seattle Cinnamon Roll

I stopped by this vendor at University District Street Fair. Cinnamon rolls? Okay, don’t mind if I do. The staff members were friendly and good at attempting to sell some of their variations (strawberry or apple, for instance). I got a regular cinnamon roll. Based in Auburn, they roam around the festival circuit.
Aside from their Facebook page, I didn’t find any other web presence. They do have an events section on their page if you want to find their locations but the entries seem outdated.
The cinnamon roll was a decent size and visually appealing. The icing was sweet without being cloyingly sweet. The texture of the dough is not what comes to mind when I think of a cinnamon roll but it’s good. It’s a pastry but the dough is very smooth and buttery.
