The Joyful Bakery

I can’t believe I get to be the first person to review Joyful Bakery! My wife and I got married in October 2014. We reached out to Joy to give her first crack at the cake. We had decided on cupcakes with a cutting cake. At the tasting we sampled 4 different flavor variations and to be honest, all four would have been perfect. But we settled on three. First off, there were no cupcakes left after the wedding. None. Not one. I have NEVER been to a wedding where all the cake was eaten. So there’s that. I’ll let that stand on it’s own feet.
Now, wedding cake is only as good as it looks because it’s all about the presentation, right? Right! Joy gets an A+ here as well. She mimicked our theme perfectly. My wife cried when she saw the cake and cupcakes because they tied so perfectly with the rest of our décor. We got way more than what we paid for. The delivery, the quality, the taste, the presentation… Joy went out of her way to make this one of the best experiences we had. We will use her again. We will go out of our way to hire her again. I’m never buying grocery store cake ever again. Neither should you.
You would be doing yourself a favor by hiring Joy for any baking needs you have. She’s worth it. I promise. I don’t give 5 stars lightly. Joy gets 5 stars. So there.
