Very good shakes for those who want good nutrition without all the sweet, high caloric additives that the more popular chain smoothie places add.
This is the sort of shake that you’d make at home if you had the time to gather all the ingredients together.
This would be a perfect post-​jog or post bike ride treat that would be guilt-​free and tasty.

You wont get a better, healthier smoothie anywhere! Gaylen is very helpful and friendly and his product is consistently good. He will give you suggestions on hot or cold drinks and some of his other «goodies» in house. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I visited this place while we were visiting Auburn last year. These are the best shakes EVER! They are super healthy and you can choose from a ton of flavors… there really is something for everyone. If you are into health shakes or even if you aren’t, give this place a try.
