Perhaps their intentions were good when they named the place The Best Massage. They are not the best, and far from it. I have been there twice and had two different providers. The massages were OK, but nothing great. I find the massages to be very incomplete. Places like this one are truly a dime a dozen.

This was my first and last time going to The Best Massage. After being uncovered by the blanket, the woman giving my massage left the room and left me laying there exposed and cold. The woman kept leaving the room throughout the 30 minute massage to speak in an angry tone to the people at the front desk. Sometimes the massage felt good, sometimes it felt like anybody could rub like that. I did have some pleasant moments but it was far from being a relaxing experience.

I got a much better massage from Charles than I normally do at any other $ 20 foot massage place, or even some $ 100 places. He actually seemed to know something about anatomy and pressure points, which many of the employees at inexpensive places don’t. The hour combo foot and body massage cost $ 25 and for five dollars extra you can have hot stone therapy at the end — which I recommend. I really liked the atmosphere — the woman at the front desk was young and tidy, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, and there wasn’t that sleazy feeling that the back room operates as a kitchen, a place to smoke, or a place to flop(or worse) for those who aren’t working. The massage tables were new and smelled clean. In fact the entire place seemed as clean and neat as a pin. There was no smell that people had been smoking inside or outside of the business. There were really nice attention to details such as an eye cover when you are laying on your back, nice lotion, and lots of check-ins about pressure. My masseuse really put a lot of energy into the session(he was sweating at the end) so I gave him a $ 10 tip. He earned it.
