Slowest lines ever in the drive through. I would give one star, but I have had ok customer service a couple of times. Most the time I get my drink made wrong though. So check your drink before you leave to make sure it’s correct.

OK location. Inconsistent performance. I guess it just depends on who’s working. I work in the mall near by and there isn’t a sbux in the mall so I always go here for convenience. SOME staff are really friendly and attentive. Some are just there to be there it seems. I worked as a barista before and I know how crazy things can get but it shouldn’t change the fact that warm body language goes a long way. The taste of the beverages are OK. Sometime awesome sometimes terrible. Again just depends on who is there. Heated food is always good never burnt. The nice staff is the reason I gave 3 stars and the fact that my mobile order is always ready to go. Kudos to the hard working friendly staff I wish I could give more stars because of them.

I am very picky about my coffee. I do not like it sweet and milky. And I hate it how most coffee places make it so watered down that you can barely even taste the coffee. I never really had good experiences with Starbucks, but I was here 01/02/2016 drive thru, and they made my coffee perfect! A guy, Spencer, took my order and he was really nice. Yay!

Love my coffee but can’t stand this place. This is my 3rd time here at the drive thru and it’s soo slow. You have to wait 10 min to order and another 10 to get your drink. It’s ridiculous. They need to hire more people or someone who is fast.

I’m an avid Starbucks drinker and very rarely have issues at any Starbucks that I go to. I went through the drive thru at this location the other day and I ordered an iced tall americano with heavy cream, when I pulled up to the counter I gave the cashier my gold card and my debit card and I asked her to put $ 5.00 onto my gold card and then pay for the americano with the gold card. The cashier completed the transaction and didn’t give me a receipt, she then handed me a grande frappucino, I told her it wasn’t mine and she looked confused, started whispering to a coworker and they were both looking at the computer screen. I was then handed me americano and although I had a hunch she may have charged me for the frappucino neither worker said anything so I went on my way. I opened my Starbucks app later and saw that I was charged for the frappucino, annoying but oh well mistakes happen sometimes. Then later I get on my banking app and see that it had been charged over $ 7 even though I only wanted $ 5.00 on my Starbucks card. So basically I was charged over $ 7 for a tall iced americano. And to top it off the time before this one they got my order wrong and the time before THAT they were out of bananas so I couldn’t get the smoothie I wanted. I’m not typically one to complain about things like this as I’ve worked in customer service and I know it’s easy to make a mistake, but when mistakes are being consistently made then something needs to change. So frustrating!

My first experience at the store I was ignored for seven minutes as I stood at the counter quietly patiently waiting; as I was completely ignored by the staff I kindly asked if someone could help me. I was then treated with attitude and disrespect because she was restocking! My second attempt at purchasing a coffee at this location I watched the same staff be completely rude and disrespectful to a young lady who was $.13 shy on her gift card; when I offered to pay it the woman looks slightly relieved as the staff was making her feel horrible(as she dug in her purse for change)! Today, my third and final attempt at getting a coffee at this location I decided to go through the drive-through, it’s my «pay it forward Friday» so I was actually excited to purchase the coffee for the car behind me. I ordered my drink and it was evident that malicious behavior or lack of customer service is the common factor at this location! My drink was not only wrong but when I mentioned it was wrong she actually was rude! I couldn’t have been in a more giving, happier mood knowing it is my pay it forward Friday yet left with an overwhelming sadness! I will never return to this location! I only pray the car behind me gets to enjoy a correct cup of coffee as my attempt to spread a smile on Friday left me leaving this location for the last time with a frown!

It’s really wonderful coming again and again to this store. I used to work around here year ago and my barista still remembers me by my name. Kevin is amazing. Thank you for your great customer service… Really a great pleasure to be in this store. I also recommend Candice, she’s great too. Thank you for such a great experience.

Ever since I turned Gold last year, my experiences no doubt have been enhanced tremendously. Their Gold membership rewards me with free drinks or food after a number of transactions, much like a punch card. Also, as a Gold member, I enjoy extra toppings, refills, syrup, etc. at no additional cost. Now if you are wondering how to get this cool, frequent buyer card just get yourself a Starbucks gift card and register it online @ . Be sure to include all cards you use and watch for the Gold card in the mail after earning the appropriate number of stars(30 purchases in a year to get gold, every 12 purchases to get free, and of course a free drink on your bday). If you are already buying coffee there on a regular basis, why not reap the bennies? I currently use the Starbucks app on my smartphone that makes it soooo convenient! Alternatively, the Coffee Card app is a suitable substitute in case your phone doesn’t support the Starbucks app. I am quite pleased with their new bakery offerings from the La Boulange. When I used to order a pastry, I would always ask for them to warm it up but now it is pretty much done on everything they pull from the glass case. The quality and freshness of subject pastries clearly prove to be light-years ahead of the old Starbucks brick cakes*. _________________ *Some time ago, I bought a banana nut slice and it sat in my car for maybe half the day. It became dry and hard as a brick, hence the adjective.

Usually, I spent about an hour here reading the news paper or an e-book. Today, my son Cole was at his grandmothers(I was free!!), so since time was not of concern, we took our time trading sections of the newspaper we had read and before I knew it, two lattes and THREE hours later, we grabbed our stuff and started the day. You cannot do better than the staff at this Starbucks. I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years and a couple of the baristas are still there! Try a Venti 2 pump sugar free vanilla, 2 pump sugar free peppermint and non-fat latte! If you order it and Vanessa looks at you weird, tell her that JOE told you of the drink. ;-)

Stop by this Starbucks regularly since it’s the closest to the office. Staff is always super friendly. Service is quick and consistent. I haven’t had a bad coffee drink yet…

Pretty regular at this Starbucks. As of lately I haven’t been much of a coffee fan, so I swing more towards the teas. My favorite amongst them with no caffeine is the GRANDELIGHTICEWITHRASPBERRYNO-CLASSICPASSIONTEALEMONADE, and this Starbucks always does a good job and making it tasty. I’ve been to other places that aren’t so consistent, but I have yet to be upset or let down by this Starbucks. Good job you guys!

Starbucks is starbucks… but sometimes they are different and worth a visit. I liked this place… it wasn’t a part of the hotel… it was on the corner, and you access it from the street. It had a cool feel to it and wasn’t super busy. I’d think it’d make for a good night with a friend for coffee and an easy in/out for morning drinks on the run. I stopped in both morning I was staying at the Hyatt. quick service. I even got in and out before some of the people who didn’t seem in a hurry… but both times i was prompt to order pay and way by the barista… so maybe I looked like I was in a hurry. A good spot IMO.
