History

Established in 1998.

After almost 15 years in the fulfillment business, we’ve noticed that losing money on wasted materials, or sacrificing time and dollars going back to production seem to be an understood inevitability of most projects. At Spring Lake, we decided that it shouldn’t have to be like that anymore. We sat down and re-​invented our program to re-​set the status quo, and save our customers valuable resources.

Our new way of doing things is focused on saving our customers time and money without compromising any of the brand experience. Our customers value the built in transparency of our system and appreciate us as part of the team, instead of just a link in the chain.
