Sparkling Homes

Used Sparkling a few months ago. Have had other services in the past. I was surprised that only one worker was scheduled as previous services have used 2 – 4. The day of cleaning, no one showed at the time given — after a call — was informed they would be late. Arrived about an hour after estimate. One quite young women (high school — early college). She worked about 3 hours did what I would call very light cleaning. Not sure her experience was enough to know what a thorough cleaning would entail. Have since started with a new cleaning service — 3 women work and takes about 2.5 hours to complete thorough cleaning as I expected. Sparkling was cheap, but then cleaning was worth less than what I paid. Would not go back.

I am truly excited and pleased with Allie and the cleaning she did today. So much so I am already getting a review up! I spent 6 weeks trying to locate a good company and after 2 no shows, I was pretty frustrated. Well, I can say it was worth the wait. Allie is very personable in addition to her attention to detail. She did more than what was originally discussed when I set up the cleaning and was happy to to so (she even tackled my dishes). Each room is spotless and dirt/​dust free. and I’ve already requested to have her as my bi-​weekly cleaner!
I found the company easier to communication with and find their payment terms of getting to use your cc once the cleaning is complete very convenient. Prices are extremely reasonable, my only problem may be the 3 hour minimum as its a small place with no pets, however, for now, I’m moving forward with Sparking Homes as my cleaning service.

This is a few months overdue. Based on the great reviews, we booked our new home to be deep cleaned before moving in. We’ve never hired a service before, so we were pretty excited to not have to think about this aspect of moving too much.
Most of the communication was via text, which I thought was convenient at first. I asked if we needed to meet prior for a walk through, but the gal just asked some questions, one of which was to text her a list of what we wanted done. Ok, that works. When we arrived at the house the day after the cleaning, on the surface everything looked good. However, upon closer inspection, they didn’t do any of the deep cleaning we had asked (and payed for). They also never followed up, even after I told them that if all went well, we’d like to book them for regular cleanings.
Looking back, the service from start to finish now just seems so halfhearted. Almost zero phone conversation (except the initial call and to take payment), no in person meet/​greet/​walk through, no post-​service communication. I don’t doubt the other 5 star reviewers had great experiences, but ours was straight up disappointing.

I am very impressed with this service. The prices are very reasonable and the woman who cleans my house can get it done in two hours. She is very reliable and I have never had a cancellation. The office staff is awesome, answering the phone quickly and returning calls promptly. The best part of Sparkling Homes is a sparkling clean home!

I just had surgery, my husband was out of town, and I needed help! After reading all the reviews I was excited to try Sparkling Homes and I was really really hoping to come home to a «sparkling clean» home. Was it clean? To the naked eye, yes. However the kitchen counters needed another wipe down, there is still gunk in the kitchen sink, the floors looked somewhat mopped, shower was still dirty, & lastly they forgot to clean an ENTIRE bathroom — even though I left a note explaining where they all were. I’m soooo bummed. The gal on the phone however was very nice and their pricing is aggressive. Just not worth the money I paid in my opinion. I think I will shop around.

I have never booked Sparkling Homes, but after reading their rave reviews on Unilocal I called them up. My Mother in Des Moines has had a very bad knee injury for a couple of months and since I currently live in California, I obviously can not be there to help her out. I called Sparkling Homes on a Sunday and was so pleased that I got through. Victoria’s husband Abdual answered my call even though they usually don’t on Sunday’s and I am so very grateful. He was so nice and very understanding of my situation. He gave me quick info about pricing, got her on the schedule for my specific day and was very personable.
I have every confidence that this will be a wonderful surprise gift for my mother with the help of Sparkling Homes. Ask any mom… flowers and candy are nothing compared to having a VERY CLEAN HOUSE!!!

Sparkling Homes does a bang up job cleaning a house in Kent we were putting up for sale. The house wasn’t in total disarray, but it also wasn’t a walk in the park either. Since I live in Seattle I arranged to leave a key and just have them lock up behind them.
Staff did a really great job and the price was competitive if not cheaper than other places I called around to.
Highly recommend!

Sparkling Homes is TOP NOTCH at making my home look perfect every time. Sparkling Homes is clearly at the top of the list of house cleaners in Bellevue. We get the same cleaner each time, making me feel comfortable that my home is safe. I highly recommend that anyone needing house cleaning in Bellevue to contact Victoria and her team.

Wish I could give a sixth star! Nothing like coming home to a clean house and not having to do it yourself! Loretta always goes the extra mile and I feel so comfortable having her in our home! We were nervous about having a stranger in our home without us there, but after I met her, I felt like she was family! Probably some of the best money I spend each month!

Bought a groupon to try them out. Spoke with Victoria. She is extremely nice and professional. The first 2 visits were amazing. She sent us Olga. She did a great job. The 3^rd time Olga had left to see her family and was sent someone else. She did an okay job and was very nice but she wasn’t Olga. I would recommend them though to anyone looking for trustworthy and hardworking cleaning services. They were amazing in the bathrooms.

I had purchased a Groupon for 3 cleanings from Sparkling Homes. Groupons are usually a great deal to try out different companies but some companies get overwhelmed and just don’t handle the rush of business very well. So I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Victoria, returned my call the same day and was able to schedule me right in. She has had her cleaning business for awhile and she seems very professional in dealing with her clients. She usually sends out the same cleaner to each home so they get to know how you like your house taken care of but since she was so busy with the Groupon she even came out herself to clean my home before Christmas! I have had 2 cleanings so far and both times the gals worked very hard to get as much as they can done within the time limit. Victoria is very easy to reach especially by email and I appreciate her flexibility with my schedule. It is such a luxury to have your house cleaned and I only wish it was less expensive so I could do it more often. I would recommend them to others.

Victoria was very helpful, personable and professional. Inviting someone into your home and showing them your dirty toilet can be intimidating, but its not with her. She is very laid back though and gets the job done. I would highly recommend her work and company!

We wanted to stay «local» and not go with a national company for our house cleaning. We have had other house cleaning services in the past. but with little luck.
Communication is great (usually responds the same day via email and, if you need immediate assistance, you can call). Quite reasonable rates too! Got to love that.
Sparkling Homes sent us Teresia. LOVE her! My elderly Mom just loves to talk with her whenever she’s there.
