Stephanie does great nails, acrylics, pedicures and any design just show her a picture. I followed her from another nail shop. Ask for Stephanie and call ahead to make appt usually.

Came here over the weekend for an acrylic take off and a new set. I was happy with the clean environment and them being open seven days a week! However, the man that runs the reception desk takes his time greeting customers and is not welcoming whatsoever. I was greeted after a few minutes of being there, no eye contact or anything just a simple «‘May I help you?» As he looked down at whatever it was that he was doing. Then I sat and waited for a good 20 minutes, which I didn’t mind because I didn’t have an appointment. The nail tech was very sweet and quiet but didn’t engage in conversation with me, only asked how I wanted my nails and if I liked what she had done. She was very thorough and took her time, she paid close attention and took well over an hour and a half on me. Overall my experience was okay, just like any other low end salon. They do good nails though, and whenever I comment on someone’s nails and ask where they go it’s usually here.

They have a sign that says «walk in’s welcomed» yet as soon you walk you they ask you if you have an appointment. I waited about 20 minutes before even getting attended. A lady came in after me and she indeed had an appointment and they made her wait 20 minutes before even getting attended. Place gets very busy and they have a lot of people there to help you so my best advice is make an appointment. They do nails really great and are good to detail! Not to mention price is fair. I got just shellac on my hands no manicure just shellac and they did a phenomenal job. The lady filed my nails before even started painting my nails which I loved!
Shellac French Tip only $ 20! Can’t beat that deal will do come back for my nails. They over charge for waxing and don’t even have a room to go into so I didn’t bother to try it out. But other than that great place!!!

Idk why there are so many bad reviews but this place was clean and they did exactly what I wanted. I’m gonna keep coming here. I am super picky about my shape and the nail tech that did mine me my sister’s nails were spot on.

I really wanted to like this place. Close to home, looked clean and seemed like a nice place. I did worry when I saw some of the Unilocal reviews, but their rating was similar to where I had been going so I thought it would be fine.
The pedicure started fine, they got me right in. She started cutting my toenails and she got to my other foot. She used the regular nail clippers. As she was cutting my big toenail, she cut my toe too. It hurt so bad and started bleeding. The technician said she would take care of it and put something on it to make the bleeding stop. When she did that she touched the tip to my skin. Who knows how many other people had been touched with the same applicator? She also squirted rubbing alcohol on the cut and another tech had to tell her to stop. Very painful experience.
The tech told me it was my toenail that cut the skin when she was cutting my nail. I told her, «no, you cut my nail.» Then she had the audacity to say must have bumped something with my toe and that was why it was bleeding.
I got up to leave and went to the front. No apology from the tech or the front counter. They didn’t care, nor did they offer a bandage to me for my still bleeding toe. Don’t go here. Save yourself from the agony.

A friend introduced me to Sky Nails when we got pedicures together. I used to get my nails done elsewhere but after getting a fill here, I also started going here for manicures. I usually go during the week and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes as a walk-​in. Even when they are busy, I’ve never felt like they are rushed to get me in and out. I always feel pampered and pretty! Great group of people working here.

Just like any other cheap salon. They are unsanitary and don’t clean their utensils or even the foot soaker. I went and got a pedicure a week ago, and two days later the bottom of my feet started to itch and also had some peeling! Turns out I have athletes foot. Then I started to think and I realized that they only sprayed out the foot soaker, didn’t even clean it. They used an old nail file that had probably been used on a number of people before me as well as the scrubby bar thing that they use on the bottom of your foot.

I went in for a fill today, a couple came in with their 2 dogs. was left waiting while attendants stopped to visit with dogs. Owner allowed the customers to take the dogs off their leashes and wonder around freely for the 45 minutes I was there. Not a professional atmosphere. Couldn’t wait to leave, won’t be going back!!!

I have been going here for over 6 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I ended up moving but I still drive all the way from West Seattle to get my nails as well as my pedicures here. I am so confident with Sky Nails, I carry around there business cards and hand them out to my customers at work because I am always receiving compliments on how much they loved my nails and want to know where I go.
I love there pedicures especially, they do not rush threw the service and give the best massages and my feet are always guaranteed to look awesome. I will always go here… I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Not sure why I thought I should give them a second chance… but never again. My pedicure looks ok, but she kept yanking on my toes telling me to «relax». I nearly got up and walked out after the last one. I want tense till she kept yanking on my toes. So done with this place.

A VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE!!! According to the «Experts» I had an infection in my big toe and right as I was being informed that they were «going to be doing me a favor» and told me «it will feel much better now!» even though my toe felt fine and no verbal consent was asked of me. The nail tech doing my pedicure proceeded to cut off a chunk of my toe without my permission! As I was squirming in a lot of pain and Blood was all over my foot they then proceeded to douse it in rubbing alcohol which is never a pleasant sensation in an open wound but after I saw their lack of cleanliness I was grateful! Two nail techs then scrubbed and applied extreme pressure to try to get it to stop bleeding everywhere all while clearly being outwardly insulting in there native tongue. Every time I said I was in pain they just nonchalantly smiled at me. They never warned me on what they were about to do. They made me pay full price with zero apologies! My toe has continued to be swollen, red and has been burning for days now. What highly concerned me more then anything is that I was bleeding profusely in one of the pedicure foot tubs for over 10min. and I never saw them disinfect it after my pedicure was done. Or while I was waiting for a friend to get her nails finished. 45min. went by without them even wiping the station down. I find that really negligent! I then was insulted regarding my nationalities which I wasn’t expecting! I was asked where I’m from and when I responded to the nail tech that I live in the area. She gave me a really weird look and asked again. I then realized, what she really wanted to know was what are my nationalities? I told her my dad is Hawaiian and Taiwanese. And she laughed and said «oh because you look different then rest, your skin and face is so…» she then stopped herself and didn’t finish her sentence. Her domineer was not complimenting and she seemed to be very disapproving. She later said my friend and I «were way too white and we should go tanning». Rude! My friend who was with me that day also was hurt during her manicure and her natural nails were splitting in the middle of her nail bed due to the unpredictable way they chose to take her acrylics off! She spoke up twice with her concern and they didn’t care! So I highly DO NOT recommend this place if you are looking to be treated with fair customer service or adequate sanitation! I’ve been to so many Nail salons which can be a gamble and I have never had an experience like this before!

I have been a customer of them for over one year. The pedi was always great! The shellac was good at the beginning then, after 6 month or so, it became worth. It chips off, it last for 1.5 week only. And the last time I done my nails there, the lady didn’t even shape my nails.
Sorry guys, I am going to find another place…

Over priced salon. The star design looked awful and when it was redone she left bumps in the shelac.

I got a super deluxe pedicure and manicure. The woman I had was short and had a bob haircut. I will never ever go to her. I’ve only ever had good experiences before but this woman was absolutely horrible. First she cut my toe when she pushing cuticles back. Next she was massaging that sloughing cream on my legs which freaking hurts. I. Can stand maybe 3 – 5 minutes of scrubbing but she did it for 15! Then she completely missed the menthol cream and was sloppy with my polish. Next she completely forgot about my manicure. She was rushing through it and I think she got more paint on my fingers than my nails. I then tried to bring up my experience to man up front and he got very defensive! I’m not really sure
If I will go back, and if I do I certainly
won’t go back to that woman. To top it all off the nail polish on my fingernails lasted less than two days and it’s PEELING off, not even chipping. It was a a horrible experience. We spent $ 95.00 and I didn’t tip not a dime.

Went today with my daughter. I got a shellac manicure and spa pedicure.
For spa pedicure I had julie, she did a great job! Wonderful getting my cuticles and my rough skin around my heels. She did a long deep tissue massage with lotion/​oil and hot river rocks. Then she followed up with a hot towel on each leg before painting. Very detail oriented. Overall fast polish painter.
For my shellac manicure. I had Tina. She is great! She gets in a zone. She helped me with my very thin difficult nail beds. I have a problem with nails splitting up the middle because they are so thin/​weak. Shellac is the only polish that last 3 –4 weeks on me.
She was very attentive and a perfectionist in her work.
My daughter had polish change on hands & feet. They were really busy so she had to wait about 15 minutes or so. While I soaked and had almost gotten mid way through my spa pedi before someone started working on her. She enjoyed the massage chair. I’m not sure who her lady was but she was a little sloppy with the polish. Gettin in on the skin on her fingers without going back over to clean it up with a thin brush dipped in acetone to keep it neat. Tina (my lady) cleaned her fingers up at my request. Thank goodness for Tina & Julie! I will be back! (I’ve been a few times. Just never got names… this time I was prepared)

Best nail salon I’ve ever been too and I’ve visited hundreds around the country! Would drive 20miles if I had to just to get my feet and nails done here.

They have the best pedicures and are always nice. The rock massage is relaxing.

I’ve been here a few times. The service has always been quick. Many times I’m in and out within half an hour. If you’re in the Auburn area and are looking for a quick manicure, I highly reccomend you go here.

Overall good place to have a pedicure, would go back again. 11 pedicure chairs with massagers, 6 manicure stations. Wide range of colors available but some do seem watered down. Pick a new looking bottle for good color. Staff quiet to me but overall friendly. Used hot oiled river rocks all over the legs– very luxurious touch.
***They do ask that you tip with cash and there is a $.50 service charge if using credit or debit
My Spa pedicure was $ 25 and they spent a good amount of time on everything including leg massage and the polish application was well done.
They also advertise a Super deluxe pedicure for $ 38. I wasn’t offered this but it’s a 1 hour with foot soak and rock salt, sloughing cream, callous treatment and scrub gel, ice cooling gel with menthol, foot mask, foot and leg lotion, massage oil, parrafin dip, solar butter massage.

I love coming here. It’s close to my house which is a definate plus. The shop is very clean and everyone is customer oriented.
