I don’t even know where to begin with the praise for Shelley’s coaching, mentoring and teaching. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with her at Antioch and then had the honor of working with her in a (surprisingly incredibly affordable) 12 session life design process that allowed me to realize myself more fully than I’ve ever managed before.
I went in expecting something great as I’d worked with her as my instructor but ended up feeling like I’d just received the greatest gift of my own empowerment, self– appreciation and a quiet new confidence that I can indeed find any success I can simply imagine for myself.
I have been to therapists, counselors and a few other professionals over my many years and while some have been incredibly helpful, nothing has had the immediate and lasting impact that the work I’ve done with Shelley has.
I have never invested in a better way in myself and can’t even begin to explain the benefits of the sessions on my mindfulness, improved relationship to my own through processes, focus on my lifelong goals, and overall ability to find joy so easily every day. We meditated, we spoke, we acted out my issues, we laughed, we shared spiritual moments and we found the meanings that had been just out of my field of vision.
