Beware! Brought mt car in for 2 new tires and alignment. On way home my Anti lock brake system light was on and car shaking when I Applied brakes. Brought it back the mechanic was very confused and didn’t know what he was looking for. Finally they determined it was the tone rings that snapped and the car was NO LONGER SAFE to drive. My car was perfectly safe upon arrival to sears.
Long story short they deemed it a coincidence and offered to fix it at a discount price. After dealing with lazy sales people and mechanics who couldn’t care less I Ended up taking it to an experienced trusted mechanic who fixed it for Sears’ s «discount» price.
All this after spending $ 450 for 2 tires and an alignment at Sears. Will be telling everyone i know to avoid at all costs! !!

I had Sears put a battery in my 2008 Toyota Tacoma and test my alternator so they changed the battery and checked the alternator which took 2 hrs they told me my alternator was good I paid for the battery then went out and opened my hood to see it and to my surprise they did not put my battery hold down bracket on instead they changed it and the one they put in didn’t hold I could undo it with my finger so I went back in and asked if my battery fell out of the holder and went into my fan would they warranty it, they told me no, so I told them but you installed it they told me if I wanted them to fix it they would charge me for their mistake when they should have just left my original holder in. So I told them to give me my old holder and I went home put it back on it took me five minutes. I will never let them work on any of my cars ever the mechanic was rude to me about it, if I could give them zero stars I would give them negative five for being rude

Getting a tire replaced should not take an hour of standing in line and waiting on the cashier. Also, while waiting in line five people long, the staff kept answering phone calls. They were prioritizing people calling in over the people standing in front of them waiting. Yes, it’s good to answer the phone, but perhaps there should be somebody dedicated to that on busy days while the rest of the staff helps people.
Even after this wait, the tire was not in stock and it took another hour to check inventory with a sister store. I left and had to come back and wait another 20 minutes on them. Best of all, I get to come back next week to have the warranty replacement. I’m already thrilled about the idea.
If you value your time, you might find these people make even a free replacement too expensive.

Mixed feelings about my experience getting two tires replaced here… it was a busy day with an impending snowstorm, so they said «3 – 5 hours, we’ll call you when it’s done.» So we tried to kill 3 hours in the Auburn Mall next door, which is pretty hard. After 2.5 hours, we were crossing back over from Arby’s and stuck our head in to see how much time was left… and the car had been done for almost half an hour. Done ahead of schedule: Great! Failure to call me: Unforgivable. Someone couldn’t pick up the phone and call? How long would it have taken them to let me know if I hadn’t stopped by? The tires look fine, though they were more expensive than advertised prices at nearby places like Town Faire Tires.
Also, the customer service area was brutally cold, basically no warmer than outside. My toes were bricks of ice cubes by the time I got through the long line for service.

Received excellent customer service today. Patrick assisted with the purchase of a car battery and also provided us with a wide range of tire options at various prices. At the end of our shopping experience, he shook our hands. Polite and professional.
