It’s always a pain to have to get your car’s body fixed up (especially when it’s not your fault, argh!) but at least Ray’s makes the process not so awful. The folks that work here are very pleasant and easy to deal with and were patient with all my questions. They weren’t the preferred body shop for the insurance company I had to use but they have a good relationship with that company’s adjuster. I do believe they are the preferred shop for some other insurance companies. There is a Hertz rental car office on-​site so if you need a rental, you can drive off in a temporary vehicle. Ray’s also keeps you updated on the repair progress via text messages, and often the repairs take less time than estimated. And they are not a chain too. I know other people who use Ray’s as well and are satisfied.
