Well this business seems to be taking advantage of Groupon and other discount sites.
I purchased my Groupon in June of 2011 and then tried to set up a print delivery via the internet website in early December 2011. Well I contacted «Brian» and he complained about being overwhelmed by Groupon responses so I said it would be OK to send my order after January 1, 2012. It is now February 1 and after multiple voicemails and emails, I have not heard a word from this business.
Looks like it will have to be small claims court as much as I hate the hassle.
BEWARE of this business! The sad thing is that they are still offering the deal on the «Steal the Deal» website.
Brian might have been reliable in the past as others have attested, but certainly cannot be counted on these days. Not even a phone call or explanation is unacceptable.

I wasn’t familiar with a local service and only knew of large online services like Kodak Gallery. I used their website and it was so easy to upload the digital file. This was a photo I had taken of my mother-in-law’s ancestor who was a samurai. The photo was taken with a point-​and-​shoot. We photoshopped it a little and sent it off. There was a problem with the file and I received a call from Brian who explained what I needed to do. I fixed it and uploaded again. A week later, I received a package in the mail. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. It was beautiful and looked like a work of art (not just a photograph). In fact, I think it looked better than the original scroll which had water damage on it. I’m looking forward to using their services again and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a unique way to display their photographs!

Point Click Print is great. Brian is great. He is always super helpful. His prices are good and my photos turn out great. It’s so easy too, I just e-​mail him my files and he has them printed and ready for me to pick them up!

Quality. Everything about this store is based on quality. Owner Brian L. has been processing my photos for over one year now and let me tell you, he is a perfectionist!
