Food was good. Service was good and quick. Perfect sized portions for me — the fried rice and orange chicken were both delicious. The restaurant is really clean and quiet… I’ve been to some sketchy Panda Express-es, but this one was very nice!

Francisco, this is HOUSTON we have a problem. Unbelievable, one of our daughters favorite places is Panda Express. Until tonight when your staff said it would be 15 mins for her teriyaki chicken. We decided not to eat and make her watch us eat so we patiently waited 14 mins, I went up to place the rest of our order and… They never started the teriyaki chicken, they informed us it would take 15 mins for that order. We just placed the order 15 mins ago. No apologies, the person who took out order was hiding in the back and didn’t come out to explain what happened or apologize. I asked for you, and the girl said she’s the acting supervisor, no sorry, nothing. This isn’t our usual panda experience so we won’t hold your brand to this. But I won’t ever go to the outlet collection Panda Express again. Thanks, for nothing. I’d like my 15 minutes back. If I could have given 0 stars I would.

Dashing off to get to a concert at the Puyallup Fair, my friend and I went through the drive-thru. I had to repeat our orders four times because the girl working couldn’t understand that I was saying«RICE» when she asked if I wanted rice or noodles and wasn’t paying attention the first two times I said the order. I got a rice bowl with sweet and sour chicken and a soda and my friend just got a small fried rice. Not complicated. Freaking expensive for such a small amount of fast food that didn’t taste good. Their large soda is gigantic though. Food: 2 Service: 1

Food was delicious, service was also good. I called in my order and picked it up and I was good to go!

Terrible Panda Express location that always has cold food. We used to go there when it dirt opened, and it was great, now it seams as if they care about quality anymore. Last time we tried to eat here, we complained to the manager about the food being cold, several times before, and he said there’s nothing he can do, so I told him that I would never returned, and he that’s fine. This time management wasn’t there, and again food was old and cold, so ended up calling the corporate office. Save your money, and eat somewhere else, it’s not worth risking getting food poisoning, because they are not keeping the food up to the proper temp.

For the last 3 years I have struggled with the portion sizes. They report that it’s out of their control and that its a corporate decision. I like that they try to avoid MSG, and the food is good for fast food. What I don’t like is the portions relative to cost. Because the portions are so small, it could take two; 3 entrée plates to satisfy in a hungry moment. The to go containers are shallow by design. Small portions. The portion Size needs to addressed.

I eat here for lunch because it’s quick and offers fast food that is chicken and vegetables. At lunch time, the buffet is quite full — however I’m not sure what it’s like in off hours. Service isn’t super fast but seldom do I wait long. For $ 7 lunches, you can’t beat it. The consistency has won me over.

Went through the drive-thru for the first time. I got the fried rice this time and it was extremely dry and crunchy… not how I want my fried rice to be. Everything else was fine.

Typical Panda either California Nevada or Washington same old menu items it is the service that will set them apart. Todays visit has the rice a bit dry and noodles on the same path. The store was clean and few patrons too be found. The music playing has an upbeat tempo geared to the younger crowd but not annoying by any means.

I ordered the new orange chicken with bacon and beef broccoli with fried rice and spring rolls. I could have chosen healthier options, but I am a fat boy. Panda Express is the McDonalds of Chinese food. You hate to admit you like it, but you really do. I’m guilty! I like the food here, and I love that I don’t have to wait for it to arrive.

Customer service is rather excellent. If food stock is low, it only takes about 5 minutes to replenish, and the staff don’t judge you on asking to get the fresh made entrees either. Food is good, it’s fake Chinese but that’s the point of Friday night Chinese for us. Also staff will bring your food to you so you can sit down while the fresh entrees are being made — that’s awesome! Super friendly staff, good quality Panda Express food(I’ve had some bad Panda Express), and clean environment. 5 stars for sure.

Be careful when you eat here! Yesterday at about 2:30 pm I went to Panda Express and tried the Spicy Crispy Chicken and the Shanghai steak and I paid for it, to say the least. I got FOODPOISONING and suffered from throwing up every 15 – 20 minutes. It kept me up at all hours of the night and considered even going to the hospital in the early morning. Don’t eat here unless you want to experience the worse type of 24 hour sickness! YOU’VEBEENWARNED

Since coming from the East Coast this is the best Chinese we have eaten. Great selection and friendly staff. Stand alone just outside the mall.

I typically come to panda express because there is a drive thru window and my lazy self doesn’t like to get out of my car if I don’t have to. Yes I know, I don’t deny it, I am lazy. Ordering was effortless and I received my food quickly thereafter. I usually order fried rice but on this particular day I got the chow mein. The noodles are so much thinner than they use to be. And there seems to be more celery than cabbage. The orange chicken was mediocre and tasted like what you expect it to taste like. The mushroom chicken was so disappointing. It looked like someone chewed up the chicken spit it out and sautéed it with the mushrooms and zucchini. I put sriracha on everything and it made things slightly better. Overall its fast food and mediocre. Something different than your standard burgers and fries.

I know it’s not the most romantic and exciting Chinese out there, but it works. It’s fast, it’s relatively cheap, and it’s fast. Oh wait, I already said fast, but that’s really important when you have three little ones. I actually don’t mind the food — their chow mein is too thin, but it still tastes pretty decent.

I laugh at folks that say«panda express isn’t real chinese food» then they go eat at taco bell. It’s fast food no matter which way you spin it, I’m not looking for authentic when I come here, I expect speed, efficiency, and something to stuff my face with. Given that PE isn’t the best food out there — it’s nice and refreshing to not eat a burger and fries or mushy tacos. The facility itself has plenty of parking and a drive thru window. The Outlet Collection Mall is right across the way as well as a Regal Cinemas.

Great Panda location. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is due to the occasional lack of cleanliness in the dining room due to the amount of traffic that comes through there at peak times. The food quality is always on point, service is friendly and nice. I’ve even had great luck in the drive-thru.

As good as a panda express can get. Very clean and food looks fresh. Nice seating area.
