Mr Hem For Alterations

Careless.
I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. The tailor took all of 15 seconds to put a pin through just one pant leg. About a week later, I got my pants back and they don’t even come close to my shoes. Horrible workmanship.

Had rush order placed on a monday, I needed it on Thursday, to hem a pair of suit pants. I walked in Thursday cause I was passing by and asked if the item happened to be done. One of the guys said «Did we call you?» I said «no.» He rudely responded «if we didn’t call they aren’t done.» He didnt offer to check for me didn’t do much that i felt wouldve been good customer service. That was 10 AM. 4:30 PM I call them. He asked me if they called me again. Then they couldn’t find the pants. I got passed off to the guy that works there. He asked me if it was a pair of blue military pants that needed a red stripe added. I was frustrated and said «no.» The worker then told me to «Calm down son» and they looked some more. I heard them speaking to each other and the pants had been misplaced in Mondays workload. So they told me to come by in an hour. I went in waited quietly behind another customer. Got my pants and left. The pants were done nicely no compplaints abiut the work, but looks like they had been wadded up at one point. I will not ever bring my business to them again, or encourage anyone to do so either. Thanks.
