My go to nail salon in auburn! The owner Kim is always friendly. Clean nice environment and they get the job done.

The place looks nice but is ran horribly. There’s a million things they would rather be doing than your nails. They scroll through facebook and pinterest and answer calls and texts while doing your nails and would rather talk to a wall than speak to you while doing your nails. Because they’re barely paying attention, your nails don’t turn out as well as they should and you leave bleeding. If they could establish a level of professionalism, this would be rated 5 stars. Also, they need a dress code. I don’t want to see that much skin in a place of business.

I’ve gone to luxury nail spa since they opened. I’ve had good experiences here but lately I have received less than satisfying experiences. The older gentleman scolded me about me picking my acrylics when in reality I shut my hand in a door and I had fully intended on paying for my repair. Needless to say I walked out right then.
I patiently soaked off my nails at home to find that my thumb nail had been shaved down so far my nail bed was exposed and inflamed. I was advised by a doctor to let it grow out and keep it covered until then. He said it could take months… As a young female I take pride in my nails. I’m very upset to have my thumb looking jacked up in a bandaid, not to mention the pain from water touching it.
Sadly I will no longer be returning to what USED to be my favorite nail salon. I can’t justify returning when I was spoken to like a child when I spend $ 80 a month there, and I now have a ruined and painful nail. Let’s just hope it doesn’t get infected.

My nail technician was very sweet and nice but was chatting away with another customer the entire time. My nails were not done well and are already cracking. For some reason the air conditioning wasn’t turned on until half way through my service and it was unbearably hot for the first half of my service.

I recently got a pedi and gel mani at this salon. First of all, the person who did the pedi cut into the skin on one toe. It became swollen and scabbed over the next couple of days. Then, the young woman doing my nails cut some of them down to the quick. I was surprised she didn’t draw blood. In removing the gel polish I was wearing, she left my nails so weakened that they began tearing off in less than a week. I will have to let them completely grow out from the bail bed before they will stop tearing. I have been getting gel manis since they first came into existence and have never had anyone do this to me before. When I let her know she was hurting me, she smirked and said «sorry» without a hint of remorse. And what is with doing a mani at the same time as a pedi? You have to sit awkwardly in the pedi chair and it is not exactly comfortable or relaxing. I was not at all rude to this young woman, but she seemed to resent having to do her job. Never again at this nail salon!

This place is beautiful. I loved the stone walls and the crown molding. Also the Halloween decorations were cute. I came here after work and the place was not super crowded. They have a ton of pedicure chairs and high chairs along the counter for manicures. I got gel nail polish ($ 25) and they have a very large selection of colors to choose from. I know that is a good thing, but when you are indecisive it proves to make things a bit difficult. I ended up choosing a navy blue #schoolspirit
My only complaint was that the staff was so loud. I was trying to relax and get my nails done, but they were all yelling across the room at each other. I am not saying they have to be silent. I just wish they used their inside voices.

So. Many. Colors. There is a whole wall of regular polish and an entire wall of gel polish (That is typically unheard of). Beautiful store and fabulous manners. I was quite happy to have such good service in a college town. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and their efficiency. I was in and out with a manicure and wax in less than 45 minutes. Very happy with the way that my nails and brows came out and I will definitely be back again!
