Great SOUL FOOD/​BBQ truck that you can find from Wed — Sat (as of 11÷16÷12) in front of the QFC on Juanita Drive. So worth the stop for take-​home dinner. I didn’t get to try the pulled pork sandwiches because I showed up right before 7:00pm when he closed and he sold the last sandwich to the guy in front of me. It looked and smelled great. However, we did get the beef short ribs and some pork ribs. Both were nice and smokey, a tangy rich BBQ sauce on them. I normally am not impressed with short ribs, but these were great — very tender and flavorful and you bet I will be going for those again. You get a choice of Southern-​style sides, the potato salad was yummy. I didn’t get the peach cobbler because I was trying to be good, but the menu was speaking my language!
