I had Raeana (I’m assuming Rae) today and I am MORE THAN happy! She listened so well, was easy to talk to and just a joy all around. I went from a frizzy, crazy hair style to a simple a line bob and it is fantastic!

Rae really does a great job with hair cut and style! (I can only speak to those things because that is what I have gotten here). I drive past many other hair masters and come here to see her. She listens to what you want, takes her time with you and I have always left happy! Highly recommend! Thank you Rae!

Courtney was really friendly and did an excellent job on the hair cut. It’s always nice to chit chat with her and she always remembers my family and I. I also talked with sun she has cut my hair since I was little and we always talk when I see her.

Gone there 7 times and I’m going to go back again. There are a few people who have issues when they do a walk-​in and I have the same problem. I usually have to wait about 15 minutes to get my hair cut. My stylist added my hair cut style to the computer so next time I don’t have to explain it. If I could walk right in and get my hair cut at any time, I would give they 5 stars, but then again, if I could do that, they would probably suck and get 1 star! I’m sticking with 4 stars.

This place claims no appointment necessary but every time you enter they refuse to service you until the next day. I have entered this salon to see stylists standing around with no waiting customers only to be told i can’t get a simple hair cut till the next day. They dont great you apon entering either. Very bad service.

Just got a color and cut by Rae. She is fabulous! Cut my hair the way I’ve been wanting it! And the color came out great! Very nice and friendly! And very informative on style products too.

I drive from Covington past many hair cutteries and even other HairMasters locations to see Rae. She is great.
I have had two good haircuts in the three years I have lived here and they both came from her at another location. She moved and I attempted to stay close to home and try other stylists.
It just doesn’t work that way though! When you find someone who actually listens, knows what they are doing, and is not speaking to everyone but you while you are there– you gotta hang on to that! She not only pays attention to what you want, she actually talks to you while she cuts and she’s funny :)
I have had double the length sheared off, dumb and dumber bangs, cut my own hair in desperation, etc all until I finally found Rae again thanks to another Unilocal Review that mentioned her. I am so happy to have hair I can be confident about again and can’t believe I pay so little while other places charge more for less quality.

My daughter and I went to get our haircuts today. When we went we has a short wait before our stylist got started. I saw Rae who did a great job with trimming my dead ends, she listened to what I wanted and delivered.
Now my daughter (she’s 6) saw Jami, and Jami was AMAZING with her. She listened to both my daughter and I about what we wanted Tricia’s hair cut to be and blew it out of the water. Tricia has been talking about the «princess» shampoo and spray Jami used on her hair since we left the salon this morning.

I drive from Seattle to Auburn for a haircut here. That speaks to how great their haircuts are. I always go to Maria for my haircut. She does an excellent job on men’s haircuts. Another bonus is that the staff is friendly and very helpful with the hair care products.
My sister and wife actually go here too for their hair colors. They are always happy with the consistent results.
I was able to even get my brother in law to come all the way from Seattle to get his hair cut here. Guys go here if you don’t want your hair messed up trust me!!!
