Had a lot of water damage from a leak in my dishwasher. When I finally had the tile in my kitchen replaced, I was told the day they came that I needed to have a plumber disconnect my gas stove, my refrigerator ice maker and my bathroom toilet… that day! I could not get anyone to come out. After 6 calls to plumbers who either said they were too busy or just never called me back, I got in touch with Ed who agreed to come to my home on short notice. Not only did he do the job that day, he came back on Xmas eve to reinstall everything as well as a disposal and new kitchen faucet. Thanks to Ed and his team, my kitchen was back to normal for Xmas. I am so grateful. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend Five Star Solutions. Very professional, friendly and reasonable prices.

Had this company come out to bid on an oil-​to-​gas heating conversion project for a house I’d recently purchased. They sent Ed D. out to take a look and he seemed knowledgable and friendly enough. Where this fell apart was after that point. Ed promised to get back to me with a bid within a week. After two weeks went by I called the office and inquired about status. They told me they would get back to me by the end of the day. No call. Three days later I called again, same story and no call back. I have no problem with someone not wanting to bid a job, but at least be professional about it and let the customer know either way. FiveStar? Nope, more like OneStar.

My 80 gallon electric water heater was ready to go… dripping…I had a NE Water heater rental unit. The options were sign a new contract (5yr locked in @$ 25 a month w/​100% fee for exiting + cost of unit) or install my own. I called around and the price from Five Star was THE best. They were very good about getting here ASAP w/​no added premium. They offered removal of the old unit, which others refused to do (heavy stone unit 300lbs). Five star removed the old unit, installed, re-​plumbed and added a new ball shut off valve in 1.5 hrs… That’s faster than it took one of the other companies to return an over the phone estimate!
Very pleased. Here’s hoping the Water Heater is of as good a quality as the service i received.
