I moved to Nevada County in 1979 and attended the local schools. I returned home after an education, married and have 5 children and began my real estate career. I’m very familiar with both Nevada and Placer Counties– my office is right in the middle of both to best service your needs.

A successful real estate transaction is built upon two things: the strength of the relationship between agent and client, and the experience to get things done. When I first start working with new clients, I work hard to determine their exact needs and desires before delving into home sales or purchases. I take my clients needs seriously and will never push them into something that isn’t right for them. I am also well respected by my peers and have developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry such as title companies, attorneys, lenders, contractors and appraisers.
