Emerald City Smoothie

So, I am an ECS Frequent Visitor. I am usually all over, so visit numerous ECS’s all over town. I was in the area shopping, and decided to stop in. There was one couple before me who ordered first.
I ordered a Low Carb with Peanut Butter.
First of all ICK. It tasted watered down, and it was chunky with ice. No worse thing than to have to chew your smoothie. It reminded me more of a slurpee. I sucked all the juice out, then all that was left was the ice. No, No, No… That’s not right.
Maybe you need to change your Vitamix blades or something…
I will not return to this ECS.

Drink ordered: Low Carb
Typically at any other EMS I have been to the smoothie is creamy and delicious, the ones from here are runny and undrinkable very quickly.
I have been to this location twice now during my lunches on work and have ordered the same drink made by two different people. The first time was last week and the smoothie was eh ok, but not amazing. Today I ordered the same smoothie and it was worse.
I love emerald city smoothie and I’ve been to many different locations and I hate writing a bad review, but this is by far the worst experience of taste I’ve had. The drink separated liquid and ice after just a few sips and is not drinkable after that. People who have ever had an Icee know what I am talking about, all the flavor in sips and then all that’s left is ice.
I know I should ask for it to be remade, but having worked in customer service I know what it’s like and it sucks, BUT the drinks need to be refined or at least train the girls on how to make certain drinks. If I’m paying $ 6 for a smoothie I want it to actually be something I can have for lunch not just something that I get a few sips from and then throw away.

Super friendly and consistently good smoothies! It’s the only place to go in Auburn for a healthy alternative to heavy fast food.

It’s always a treat for me to get an ECS Pb&j. And so it was, after doing some Christmas shopping at the Outlet Collection. (Who am I kidding… it’ll always be the Supermall to me…)
The gal at the counter was friendly and efficient.
The parking lot in this mini-​mall section is horrible, though. I don’t know if it was just because of Christmas shopping traffic or Starbucks’ drivethrough… or a combination of both.
I’ll be back next time I need to get an outlet fix.

I don’t go here anymore cause the morning girl is so unfriendly and rude. She always looks angry. Great smoothie but willing to take a longer drive to Kent.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. ECS is a fresher and more personalized alternative to the traditional smoothie. Offering an extensive list of smoothie options that can make your head dizzy – if only it were a smidge closer to my home.

One of the best Emerald City Smoothies around. They always get my drink right.
