Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t usually like this dunkins but tonight was by far the best service I’ve ever had. I ordered a bacon ranch chicken sandwich and turns out they didn’t have French rolls so the young boy told me I could pick any sandwich I wanted. He then said I could have a free small coffee. Other than my service tonight I’m not a fan of this dunkins.

Don’t go there. Worst dunkins in history. they charge your credit card wrong then argue with you over it. when I asked who was the manager at this locations I was told «My name is Heather and I am the manager» if this was true she doesn’t present well for a manager. It was this past Sunday when this happened. I did finally receive a refund and i departed. I love D&D’s while traveling but have never ran into such bad attitudes before. They don’t take any pride in what they do. all they want to do is goof off in the back. I should have known they would get the order wrong when I could hear laughing through the speaker box and I had to repeat the order three times.
I highly doubt that this woman was the manager. I hope the real manager see this and gets control of his or her staff. I would not be happy if these were my employees.

This is a brand new Dunkin’ Donuts as of this writing; there used to be one in the Myles Travel Plaza across the street.
On my drive-​thru visit, my first sighting was two female employees aged less than 20 smoking behind the restaurant. I ordered a Peach Iced Tea– now, it is June, mind you– and they said they were out of Iced Tea. I switched to Hazelnut Iced Coffee.
After I got to the window, I verified with the employee that there was no iced tea b/​c they had run out, and no one had bothered to make any more. At this point, 2:18 in the afternoon, I could see three employees on duty inside — plus the two smoking outside made five. There was not much business, so the fact no one had made any tea tells me how lazy they are.
As I continued on my way, I discovered that the coffee I had purchased was bitter and so terrible tasting that I could not drink it– I believe they put syrup in the coffee for flavoring, but my guess is the coffee was way old and should have been tossed. My verdict: not a good dunkin’ donuts, not well-​managed.
