Have had many oil changes, coolant flushed, and even a motor rebuilt. Everything was always on the up and up and done right.

I have experienced nothing but excellence when having my car serviced at this Toyota dealer. From my first connection by phone or email until I walk to my car waiting outside the door I have been treated with respect and it has been handled by knowledgeable, skilled people. They have the answers. The charges are reasonable.

Had a wonderful experience at Doxon Toyota. Kevin Yanek was our primary salesman and he was very low key, friendly, and easy to work with. He went out of his way to help me when I was going through some emotional ups and downs over deciding what to buy, as this was our first new car purchased in over 25 years. Looked at several types of Toyotas, Kevin was patient and didn’t try to push us at all. Ended up getting a 2016 Rav 4 basic model, as I’m not too in to high tech gadgets. (Do love the back-​up camera though!) I love my new car, and the color, we got the bright blue, is beautiful. I did much research on every car in this class and ended up buying a Toyota at the recommendation of two local Japanese Auto Repair shops in our area when I told them what the other cars were that I was considering. Hands down, everyone gave the Toyota brand an excellent thumbs up for reliability and ease of maintenance. My previous car is a Toyota Camry with over 120,000 miles and no problems beyond basic maintenance. We just wanted to get a new car while our other one was still running Also, the dealership itself is really nice, excellent amenities while you wait like fresh chocolate chip cookies, coffee and beverages, and a nice lounge. Bobbi Orr in financing was wonderful too. The man who helped us in service, Mike maybe, helped us get scheduled right away to add the additional features we purchased for the Rav 4 so we could have the car quickly. They even gave us a loan car while they installed the new things, paint protectant film, mud flaps, etc. on our new Rav. Enjoyed everyone I worked with there and would recommend this dealership.

Me and my wife were looking for a 2016 RAV4 and we search for a dealership from the Internet. The car from Doxon was below the MSRP based on the info from

So we stop by the dealership and check out the exact same car from the Internet. Lamar was the sells person. He’s a great young man who understand the new generation doesn’t like the traditional «bargaining». (everything is in the Internet and there is nothing to hide from the dealership). He is also very informative and knowledgeable about the car. The dealership helped me to find a better car loan than my pre approved one.
I don’t understand why some people are complaining that they charge 250 bucks extra for a rubber door mat or low balling them. Look at the Internet people! If the car is $ 30 000 invoice price, you can’t low ball it to $ 20 000!
Anyway, buying a car there is like buying a car from the Internet except with the help of a real person.

After much back and fourth with David in HR, Doxon was able to make this all right. I appreciate this and I do hope nothing like this happens to anyone else. I have a new battery and will continue to utilize this dealership since this is where I bought my car.

The only reason that I gave two stars instead of one is that my husband help two family members purchase cars from this dealership with amazing customer service.
Sadly our experience with Liban was not and would have gotten less than one star. We can in just to look at the Pruis V and while we waited for one of the people who had previously helped us Liban offer to help. After a test drive and reviewing our number it became apparent that it was out of our price range. We really could only afford to spend $ 300 a month and put $ 1,500 down and were very clear they was all.
Liban suggested a used car he felt would be a better fit. We loved the car but when we came back he ran the numbers the payments were out of our price range. My husband told him if that was the best offer honestly that is was ok and we would look for a used car that better fit what we could afford. Liban went back and forth to Finance and each time he wanted us to pay more he would stare directly at me only address me not my husband who was doing the negotiations. I did finally call him out on it.
After a few rounds we told him it was really fine it looks like this is not our car and we will keep looking. He had us wait again and then told us he had a car that just came on the lot with more miles that could work. It had not been process so he would call me the next day.
Long long story short we sold my old car that night and now had more money for a down payment. I called Liban back the next morning tell home the good new and ask know that we could only do a payment of $ 300 is the lower mileage car an option now. He told me he would have to call me back.
When he did he said it would be $ 356 a month. I ask him why is it the same as the last offer he gave us the day before if we were putting more down. He said it was not and that I was confused. I then repeated back to him all the numbers from our the day before since I was not doing the negotiations this is what I had been tracking. He said no you are confused never offering a corrected number. He said I have it written down if I wanted to see, which was odd since he never showed us a written offer but did some notes on paper that were in not particular order. In frustration I asked him if it was because I was female that he thought I was confused and if he would rather speak to my husband. He said yes he would like to speak to my husband. I thanked him for his time.
The whole process made me feel gross. We will purchase a Toyota but never again from here.

Great place to buy a new toy also recommend the salesman Kevin Yanak. He will go the extra mile to make the sale easy and affordable. Thanks again for my new Toyota Corolla.

This review is for their service department. I’ll give them a star for friendliness and a clean facility! I bought my car at Toyota of Puyallup, but Doxon is closer to home. I’ve taken my car to get serviced here three times; this is my third time and probably my last. Although the staff is friendly, they are SO SLOW! An hour and a half estimate for an oil change? It’s been close to 2 hours and I’m still sitting here waiting. I’ll definitely go out of my way to drive to Puyallup next time.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner! I was lied to and will never have service done here again!
First off their service appointment schedule is inconvenient. I was told on more than one occasion they only had appointments Tuesdays-Thursday’s 7−4pm resulting in my waiting almost 3 weeks to find a convenient time to bring my car in.
Second, they are a rip off and lie about pricing to get you in the door!
I was quoted over the phone when I called over 3 weeks ago no more than $ 500 for the service, well my boyfriend helped me out taking the car in for me yesterday and not knowing any better paid over $ 700!!!
And to add to my disappointment and their revenue I had a 15% off coupon which expired by the time I was actually able to get an appointment. I mentioned more than once when attempting to make an appointment the coupon and was told they would see about honoring it since it was their limited scheduling that made it impossible for me to get in before it expired, but of course they mentioned nothing and only honored a current coupon for a lesser value.
I have always preferred dealerships being a female as I felt they were less likely to take advantage of me and until today that has been true, but this dealership has proved me wrong. I am very disappointed. I learned a very costly lesson, beware!

I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla 2 months ago. The sales process was smooth and not pressured.
I was given several options of payments regarding years and interest rates.
I’ve called back for a couple of things since and have been very satisfied with the help I received.

My family has used Doxon for years and they are constantly reminding us of WHY we stay loyal. They have very kind, personable, and knowledgable staff. Their facility is gorgeous and clean. The free coffee and cookies are a thoughtful touch — but what really matters is that they maintain a family-​oriented atmosphere — they know us, we know them (and TRUST them) and they treat us like old friends. I live in Seattle, and recently called Toyota of Seattle for a quote on a headlight — they quoted me $ 250 which I felt was outrageous. Doxon quoted me $ 40, plus a free car wash. Truly cannot get better service than that — even worth the 30 mile drive. Thank you Doxon and Rob Dunham! Your team is amazing!

Well, i will update this when we pick up our vehicle and see the service we actually get. But just a heads up to you David S… teach your staff proper customer service skills. My wife and I were nothing but polite to your staff. I won’t name any names, but the two people we dealt with were not pleasant. Not horrible, but short and not welcoming. Definitely had me on the verge of taking our vehicle elsewhere. Now after seeing these reviews, I’m second guessing my own judgement. If you want returning customers, make them believe you are grateful for their business. But maybe Doxon would rather just sell cars and not offer service. Idk but we will go elsewhere for service after this.

If I could give it no stars, I honestly would…
We took my girlfriend’s car to this location for a quick transmission flush and brake inspection. Her service advisor was Kevin and she did drop the car there thinking it would be at the most a 3 hour wait (she has serviced cars elsewhere and has done both transmission flush and oil change and it has been around 2 – 2.5 hours.) She had an appointment and the car was dropped off at 8:30 am. The service cashier advised her these types of services take roughly around 2 hours. To make long story short at about 2:00 pm there was still no call back from her service advisor, so she decided to give them a call for a status on her vehicle. She spoke to a receptionist who not only could not find the vehicle under her name (so she had to look her up by phone number) but also stated she had no info to give her and that her service advisor (Kevin) was not in the office. At about 3:00 pm she decided to call back since there was still no call from them and was able to speak to Kevin, at that point he told her that the paperwork was still not back from service and that he would have to go check himself but that the vehicle should be close to being done and he would call her back shortly. The word shortly was very loosely used here because he did not call her back until about 4:30– 5:00 pm and stated that she needed brakes but the parts would have to be ordered and if she would like to leave her vehicle there until Tuesday (mind you, it was Thursday) she declined and the vehicle was ready to be picked up.
When she showed up, she paid for her service and the cashier instructed her to go through the back door and someone would be bringing her vehicle out. I came through the back with her as she was waiting and waiting. No one came and in 90+degree weather that was not very pleasant. A few salesman and service techs would walk by but no one seemed to care or to ask if we were waiting for a vehicle. At this time 2 service techs walked in the office right by us making no eye contact. The worst part was that the car was in clear view, but yet no one even bothered to ask. Finally, Kevin the service advisor, comes out and hands her the keys simply saying «they must have forgot and gave me the keys instead to give to you.» At this point we were more embarrassed than they were for the lousy service they office and lack of communication between them. How can you successfully run a business with such poor customer service skills and no communication between staff!!!
Needless to say we will not be returning to this location, our vehicles have always been serviced at dealerships and will continue to do so, just not at this location! Once again, if I could rate this place 0 stars I would unfortunately Unilocal makes you rate them at least 1 star.

This was my first time to a dealership for a basic service appointment outside of my initial purchase of my car at a different Toyota. Now I know there’s a lot more to a dealership than kindness, but I still wanted to leave a review due to how friendly everyone was anyways. I arrived with my puppy due to a last minute change and Toyota was very accommodating with us! They directed me to an area that she’ll feel safe in (she’s very shy), providing water and treats and numerous greetings from a variety of employees. My actual car service went smoothly and prompt. I was not pressured into any additional services (which is one of the reason I went there since my typical service shop kept pushing unnecessary work for a well maintained car). I will definitely return for my next check-​up… possibly with the pup again since she had a great time as well!

Well my 20 minute scheduled oil change and my early arrival turned into a near three hour wait n my ansy husband whining didn’t help. Nope never again. They said most staff called in. Found flat they said couldn’t be repaired n tires were twice as much as new ones from les Schwab. Lmao that’s obviously telling u to run. And that was for buy three get one free. Nope. Going to les Schwab
Oh recently got strange email and calls from someone who doesn’t work there. I called to report this and instead got someone then asking to buy my vehicle. Wow. I may reconsider getting oil change there too. I was charged over $ 90 for something that’s supposed to be $ 40 plus tire rotation. I asked and Mindy said they had a hike in pries to keep up with competitor. Wow, who, no one I know charges $ 90 for an oil change?

Kevin Yoo goes above and beyond the call of duty. He took care of my family’s needs and was very knowledgable. He makes a great name for Doxon Toyota. Respectful polite knowledgable and will work hard for you, great job Kevin Yoo, thanks for the brand new 2015 XSE Camry. We will recommend you to all our family and friends!

I must admit, I was a bit worried about going to this dealership after reading the reviews. However, after my experience with them, I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
I started my contact with Jason Nieblas. I let him know that I was interested in a vehicle (I had already decided on it from visits to other dealerships) and asked him to arrange financing and finalize the price. He got back to me quickly with a quote and financing options (not easy based on my circumstances). I let him know that I wanted to come into the dealership and be in/​out as quickly as possibly. He assured me that he would try. And, finally, I let him know that I would need either a drop-​off or pick-​up from the airport.
I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Jason was found quickly and he outlined what would happen next. I test drove the specific car he had located, we handled paperwork and I was done. Keep in mind, the process took longer than a few minutes, but I didn’t feel that my time was being wasted. Everyone was friendly and I was comfortable waiting for things to happen. Plenty of drinks, yummy cookies and even a charging station to replenish my depleted phone.
My initial service visit has been scheduled. I have cards from everyone involved (shout-​outs to Greg and Bobbi) so I can contact them should I need their help.
I’m very happy with the experience and would happily recommend them. I hope everyone gets the experience that I had.

This car dealership has about as much professionalism as a McDonald’s fast food restaurant. The lack of communication that I experienced from their salesmen coupled with the bait and switch ads found on their website will definitely give you a headache. My biggest complaint comes from making the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. You would think that for the price of a brand new Toyota, that cars from Doxon would come standard with floor mats. Their vehicles do not. My recently bought RAV4 now has a dirty carpet because they failed to make floor mats a standard issue item. When I voiced my concern to my salesmen about the lack of floor mats he tried to persuade me to pay over 250 $ for mats! My family is a Toyota family and we never had this issue with other dealerships. In the future I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Spoke to Chris Breider at Doxon and he was able to resolve my issue no problem! I wish I would have spoken to him sooner. Thanks again Chris, I’m completely over this floor mat issue. I love my new 2015 RAV4. Thanks Doxon!

My friend introduced to this dealer several years ago when I bought my Tundra. Great truck. I’ve had awful experience at another dealer which shall go unnamed. They don’t upsell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Staff is courteous and I see many of the same peeps there when I go in for oil changes. Hot cookies always baking, and my truck gets washed even if it’s just an oil change. These are good people trying to do right. As another business owner I get that you won’t make everyone happy, but you have to go over the top to try. These guys do. A rare thing these days. The dealership looks like it’s just got a new remodel as well.

Service –NOT so pleasant experience!
First, a guy named Rob D (something) kept mumbling how we should have stayed at our car and wait there! Well, Rob, nobody was approaching our car! Everybody seems to be looking the other way… avoiding eye contact or just don’t want to help at all.
Second, the pager they gave us doesn’t work! They said they were calling (or paging) us BUT we did not hear anything at all. Stupid pager.
All in all, not a pleasant experience at Doxon Toyota Service in Auburn! Not so happy right now that I have to bring my car at this location for service.
