History

Established in 1974.

Dingus McGee’s was established in 1974 in Colfax, California. After an almost ten year absence it reopened it’s doors at the home of the former Headquarter House Restaurant in Auburn. Reopened by former owners David and Danielle Nelson. Joining Dave and Danielle are almost all of the former kitchen staff. (Mark, Mike, Joe, Brian and Armando) The strength of the returning crew has enabled Dingus to reopen it’s doors with great success.
