We took our suddenly non-​functioning computer to Computer Connection as it is right down the street from where we live and we like to support local businesses when possible. We weren’t sure what to expect with an almost literally hole-​in-​the-​wall shop but… we could not be happier. We ended up deciding our computer was not worth repairing so David facilitated transferring the important files from our dead computer to a «new» computer we inherited from a family member. He lined us up with great anti-​malware software as well to give us peace of mind with our «new» machine. Computer technology is a foreign language to us. Knowing we now have the expert we need just blocks from our home who is easy to speak with, work with and definitely charges a fair price (much less than what we were expecting to pay) is so reassuring.
