CJS Vineyards is a family owned farm winery in the Finger Lakes viticultural region of Central New York producing estate wines for your enjoyment. We’re open April through December for tastings and tours. Groups 8 or larger require an appointment.
History
Established in 1995.
The first vineyard was planted in 1995 on Fosterville Road in the Town of Aurelius in Cayuga County. Our new tasting room and winery opened in May of 2003. Today we produce fine wines from estate Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, and other grapes.
