Specialized training for Long term care workers in any setting. I am a mobile service, so I can come to you for an additional travel fee of $ 20 or more, or you can come to my office. I provide training in Continuing Education, Population specific and orientation and safety training as well. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Established in 2015.

The owner, Tara DuBois started this business as a passion of hers, to train the new generation of caregivers and assist them in their journey to be better and provide better care.

Tara decided to start her own training company because there is an overwhelming need for training that will cater to the schedules of the Long term care workers and their facilities. Tara wanted to be able to serve more healthcare workers and be able to train them at their location of work! Tara has a deep passion for assisting caregivers and long term care workers be better at caring for themselves and others. Currently, Tara still does caregiving for several private home care companies in the Seattle area.​
