Lets just say, crying kids and barking dogs in the background when ever I called her sums it up. Now that I am with a professional web designer, I have learned that, at best, she is an amateur part time web designer. Which can work for you. She is friendly, but distracted, seemed every time I needed something she was putting out some else’s fire. I didn’t know better when I first started looking for a web designer, but my business is strong, and needed a web designer with more experience with my type of e-​commerce business. Now I have to change hosting and platforms… again. I already had to upgrade once with her, under her advice no less, which was very frustrating for me. I would have preferred she just set me up proper from the get go. I think lack of experience with my type business had something to do with it and It might be partly my fault that she treated me as though I was on a tight budget, but the truth is I was willing, able, and committed to doing what it took to create my website, so be sure to give her clear budget guidelines. Also, one last thing for your consideration, she is a 1 person shop, and so can get bogged down easily, she recruited her husband and mother for some needed data entry, and that just didn’t work out for me. She isn’t terrible but for what I need she isn’t good enough.
