Bath & Body Works

I went at bath body works in super mall Auburn. I forgot to bring my Victoria secret card and I asked Sherriel Wood to look up, she said no, instead explaining me;she is yelling and rude at me. I was embarrass because behind me they were look at me. Sherriel Wood doesn’t know her job well. I’m not go back again there.

I was in the mall today and happened to walk by and decided to come in. Brittany was amazing. She spent more than 30 minutes helping me pick out scents and calculating which coupons would save me the most money. She even put the stuff I bought in gift bags with the ribbons matching the color of the body sprays and lotions. I will definitely be back! Amazing customer service. She is very patient and friendly.

Love how nice and helpful they are! They are always the first ones to say hello and greet me when I walk in. BBW sends out great coupons and lets you access them online too! I feel like I’m always getting an «extra goody» when I shop at BBW! :)

Friendly employees that try to give you the best deal without pushing you to buy. They give you space to roam around the store and there to answer any question you may have.
Will definitely come back if I need to restock on foaming hand soap, hand sanitizer, or small gift items. :)

I love this shop… whether you want body spray, room spray, sanitizers, candles, or wall mounted oil diffusers… they have a really nice selection from sweet to spicy smelling goodies. I don’t do the foo foo smelling things. I lean more towards natural sandalwood, bergamot fragrances.
My new love are the wall plug in diffusers. My place smells awesome. I’m a fan.
It always smells good in the store too. Great sales when they have them, so take advantage in the first couple of days for the best selections.
They always give you a coupon after you make a purchase to draw your business back.
I can see stocking stuffers and gifts for your friends out of here. They have a line of products for men too.
