Auto Rescue Towing and Transport

I just added roadside assistance on my car insurance the beginning of Dec. 2014. So glad I did. On Christmas Eve, I woke up to a flat tire. I called my insurance company Oregon Mutual and they quickly put me in touch with this company. Although the person helping over the phone wasn’t the sharpest tool in the box, the service was very quick. Took no more than 15 min. for a gal to show up. Yes a little gal, couldn’t of been more than 24. She quickly dismantled my flat tire and put the small spare on. She was friendly and obviously knew what she was doing. She told me some stories of how more than once she changed tires and for big guys that drove Ford F– 250’s and how they didn’t think she could handle the job. We chuckled and I really liked her demeanor. I was very pleased with this gal and the service she provided. And kudos to Auto Rescue for hiring a female. Darn, I wish I had the paperwork to disclose her name. She definitely deserves a raise.

I believe this is the correct business, auto rescue is covered on my insurance. I had a flat tire and as sad as this is, I had no idea how to fix it. I got in touch with them and they sent a gentleman out to fix it. He was in his mid 50s and didn’t walk to well (not bad enough that he needed assistance or couldn’t fix my tire) he told me about himself since I had asked questions. Seriously he was so nice to me. I told him my son and husband were waiting for me and he fixed it incredibly fast. I didn’t think he’d be so fast but it was great. He has a young daughter in college and was able to make me feel better about my son leaving soon. (I was pretty emotional about the tire so I started chatting about everything haha) even while chatting he changed my tire well and so fast. Thanks again to that kind man!
