I have been seeing Dr Robert Belajic for about 9 years now. He cares about his patients and his staff is wonderful! I recently decided to go through with LASIK and everyone in his office made sure my nerves were put to rest and gave me the confidence boost I needed. They answered all of my silly questions and made sure I was aware that they were there to help me with anything I needed. Dr Belajic even gave me his personal cell phone # in case after the surgery I was uncomfortable or needed advice. He his truly dedicated to making sure his patients are comfortable. I have recommended Dr Belajic to numerous people. Both of my parents, my grandma and my friend also see him. I can’t say enough good things about him and his facility!

After my puppy ate my glasses (apparently a fairly common occurrence…) I needed to find a doctor that was close to home and took my insurance. After reviewing the providers and Unilocal reviews, I finally made an appointment for an eye exam and finding new frames at this office. They were able to get me in within 48 hours (two weeks before Christmas!) and were very quick to get me in to see the doctor, considering it was my first time there. The young woman that did the prescreening exams with me was wonderful: friendly, professional, and proficient. My appointment was with Dr. Daniel Dillinger and I can’t express how great he was. He was funny and personable and explained everything very well — I’ve never had such a good time during an eye exam! Once my time with the doctor was done, I was quickly taken to pick out my new frames. They have quite a wide variety of lenses and I was able to find the perfect pair without feeling like I was being pushed or rushed in any way. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a huge smile on my face. I would HIGHLY recommend Auburn Eye Care Associates on Fortune Ct.

Was looking for a new eye doctor when we relocated to Grass Valley. I was referred here by my primary doctor for an eye problem. I absolutely love Dr. Belajic! Not only was I scheduled right away, the staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor was very kind and explained everything very thoroughly. I have a very complex medical history and he was very concerned and even gave me some helpful tips.
My husband later went for his annual exam and came home and said how much he was also impressed with the office and Dr. Belajic.
Keep up the great work Auburn Eye Care! We love you!

Horrible service! Went to the location on sacramento street and was told we would be seeing an opthomolagist, thank goodness I asked because my husband was being seem by a «medically trained» per the receptionist optometrist. I asked to use the phone to make a call and then only needed to make 1 more call, asked if it was ok and wad told no, that they needed there 1 of 2 phones back, while the other was not in use and no one was in the lobby. While I was on the phone the receptionist raised her voice at my son telling him to not do something, I am the parent, do not tell my child what to do! I left letting both receptionist know that it was clear that as we were not going to be spending any $ that we were not welcome. I also called the referring party and let them know how I was treated!

I can see why they have 5 stars! I was in the market for a new optometrist and decided to give them a try based off of the reviews. Glad I did. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. You can tell they enjoy their job. I saw Dr. Norcott, he was funny, knowledgeable and very kind. I have suffered from severe eye irritation my entire life and he gave me news things to try that no other doctor has suggested and came up with a game plan to help me get some much needed relief. (And it doesn’t involve a bunch of meds and crazy routines.) I also love that he educated me and explained everything instead of just handing me a prescription and expensive eye drops then shoving me out the door.
It’s very obvious they love what they do and that taking great care of their patients is number one.

Dr. Belajic at Auburn Eye Care has been my eye doctor for many years, since I was 7 years old. He is great! Love him, his staff and their selection of glasses!
The office is beautiful and conveniently located, however has the oddest smell that hits me whenever I first walk in that I cannot quite place (I think it might be a musty smell from a water fountain). I do admit though, I have a very sensitive, easily offended sense of smell.

Dr. Norcott has been taking care of our family for a decade, and even as our «prescriptions» change we know the level of care will always be top-​notch. My husband has serious cornea issues that require ongoing monitoring, and Dr. N is always very measured in his approach to treatment. When I took our daughter in recently for her initial exam, Dr. N remembered her from when we first moved to Auburn when she was 2. That personal touch put my daughter at ease for her exam, in fact she really enjoyed it. I highly recommed Auburn Eye Care Associates, and Dr. Norcott.

I am reviewing the location instead of the doctors because over the years I’ve been to two different doctors and worked with a lot of different staff here.
I really like this place. I wear glasses and can have a hard time figuring out what frames would be good to get. The ladies that help you here are fantastic though — friendly, fun, and with a keen eye to guide you to the right frames. They have quite a selection to choose from too, so odds are you’ll find more than one pair to meet your needs.
The eye doctors are good too — I’ve seen Robert Belajic and Dan Belajic (father and son, I believe) and both are smart and professional without being standoffish or hard to talk to. Just good people who happen to be optometrists. They gave me some good advice that actually helped me take care of an eye issue, so I value their opinion.
Hey, this is your eyesight, right? You should have someone good taking care of it.
