At Your Bark and Call Mobile Pet Grooming

We were sick of the impersonal and ungrateful people at a local groomer we took the dogs to so once a neighbor recommended this we thought we would give it a try. This is a great service. Cheyenne did a great job with both our dogs And only took about 45 min for both! She was very knowledgeable about what may cause certain skin irritants and just had an overall love for animals. She communicated great via text which works for me and it even worked for her to come early for our first appt. we will be using this again!

I heartily recommend Cheyenne and her mobile grooming service. I have a sensitive puppy and she is so loving with him. You can tell how much she connects with her four legged friends. She is careful and thorough. Our pup looks beautiful after her trims. You can’t go wrong here.

Cheyanne came to groom my dog once, and I was fairly happy with the job. However, she cancelled on me with no notice (15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time) because she couldn’t find parking in my apartment complex. Furthermore, she avoided and ignored further correspondence about coming up with an alternative solution. I have been waiting for a haircut for my miniature schnauzer and had planned this a month in advance, and her utter unprofessionalism is astonishing. Beware if you live in condos/​apartment complexes with limited or assigned parking. She does not care about your business! Don’t waste your time.

We recently acquired two poodles that require grooming every 4 – 6 weeks, starting at 12-​weeks. I looked for a local mobile pet grooming service, and after reading the reviews on here, I called Cheyenne to try her out. I’ve had our dogs groomed before and had to leave them and come back to pick them up. It was pretty expensive and the dogs were very upset when I picked them up. So, I decided to try At Your Bark and Call.
Cheyenne is wonderful with our dogs. Our first poodle, Zoe, adored her from the first groom and there was never a problem. Our second poodle, Frannie, is a more vocal type (it’s the Red in her we’re told) and frankly, a bit of a whiner. So now, Cheyenne takes both of them together and Zoe watches over Frannie.
She is flexible with her schedule and so are we, so it works out really well for us. And she is more reasonable than any other business we have used.
Our last rescue used to get so upset at the groomer that my husband had to shave her himself during the summer months, and Cheyenne helped him with her final groom.
I would highly recommend Cheyenne. Give her a call or a text and try her yourself!
The bad reviews here don’t even sound like the same groomer that we use. Her appointments are always approximate because she can’t be positive how long a grooming is going to take. She’s always given us a heads-​up if it’s going to be ½ hour or more. One time we had to reschedule because she was working on her broken down truck with her dad.

I’m new to the area and called Cheyanne based on positive Unilocal reviews. She came out the very next morning to groom my 9 year old beagle and did a great job. It’s apparent she loves dogs and she had some great tips about reducing shedding, etc. She and Murphy have my business! Thanks Cheyanne. :)

I have never been more unhappy with a grooming experience. My appointment was at 8:30AM yesterday. Cheyenne arrived ½ hour late with no apologies. My mini schnauzer was barely trimmed as she did not like the clippers. My other dog was hacked and shaved which left her with a terrible rash on her belly. She brought both dogs to the door sopping wet because they didn’t like the blow dryer. A towel dry would have been ok with me. Never again.

I’m so happy we found this business! Cheyenne did a great job with my two dogs. She was very professional and it’s apparent that she’s an animal lover. Both dogs seemed to like her (even after the grooming) and it only took about an hour and a half total. We will definitely be repeat clients!

I have been looking for a good dog groomer since moving here just about a year ago, and believe me = I have tried many! I think that I have finally hit the jackpot with Cheyenne and her «Bark & Call»! I had her for the first time today and I am simply delighted!

Cheyenne has already been out to my two times and I’m getting ready to set up a third appointment. She answers promptly and is very flexible in her schedule. I have one Border Collie who is very timid and she handles her great. She shaves my mix dog better than he has ever been shaved at many of the other local establishments. She is quick and just does a phenomenal job, I highly recommend!

Cheyanne just left our house after grooming our chocolate lab. She was wonderful, friendly, and our lab came back to the house happy and clean. We had recently moved to the Auburn area so we are thrilled to have found her! In addition, she is very reasonable! I got a big kick out of watching Emma (who is usually a little wary of people she doesn’t know) walk up the sidewalk following Cheyanne with her tail wagging. We will use her on a regular basis to keep our dog clean (and less dog hair!)

Cheyenne is very kind and her love for animals is very apparent. She answered the call promptly we set the appointment up and she arrived promptly. It gets better… She walked me through with what she would be doing to my little Maltese. Showed me the van with the tub and grooming table. And with in «1 hour and 15min»…my little guy was at my front door looking soooo pretty. There was no panic of being at the groomers for at least 3 – 4
a crate. I couldn’t be happier with the service Cheyenne provided. I will be recommending «Bark and Call Mobile Pet Grooming» to all my friends with pets that need groomed. Thank You Cheyenne!

I don’t write many reviews but for this, I had to. My dog, Hagrid, had rolled around in a horrid, stinky pile and simply smelled awful. And, he was shedding his huge, Winter coat and was way past due for his Spring grooming and looked a mess. I’ve never had anyone else groom my dog before but didn’t have the time to do it myself. Now, my dog isn’t mean but he’s extra large (about 140 lbs) and not the easiest to get along with. I was a little concerned of whether or not a stranger could handle him. When the young woman of At Your Bark and Call, Cheyenne, showed up… I was even more nervous; she’s a young, tiny little thing. But I was quickly put at ease… immediately upon meeting the dog, she put him on a leash and walked him around for a few minutes. (Which I thought was very Cesar Millan of her to establish a bit of her authority right away) then she pet him and played for a minute or two before getting started. Hagrid was putty in her hands. He looks SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Even Hagrid himself seems to KNOW he looks great; he strutted around like a show dog and looks the part! Her fee was very inexpensive… In fact, I think it was a little TOO low (considering that her mobile rig has got to cost a fortune to drive around) so I tipped her a bit extra. Plus, she informed me that she offers a variety of ways to make it even cheaper! (For instance, you get a discount if you actually bring your dog to her rather than have her come out to you). I don’t have a lot of money so I don’t usually pay someone to save myself the work but after the professionalism, price and overall fantastic job… It’s definitely worth it.
