Jack is back. It is great to see him back at the Auburn location. He really goes above and beyond. He talks the process over with you and lets you know what you really need and why. He doesn’t try and oversell like others. He cares for his customers.

I reviewed you before but I just wanted to set that I really enjoyed the professional and awesome service I received jack went above and beyond, I recommended you to my friends and family, I won’t go anywhere else thank you

Well I just want to start out by saying I used to go to a shop near this one, when my fiancé told me about jack and the service he received here I had to try it out. I have had oil changes, sensor replace and radiator replaced. They have always given me a great price that my old place wouldn’t come close to. They also got car done in a very timely manner, they have always been honest and up front about my cars diagnosis. They have even vacuumed my floor mats just cuz they had time. The people her are nice and welcoming. I had even talked to a man from the corporate office and he was very nice too. I would tell anyone to try this place out. Don’t be discouraged by the subtle location!

I went in to get a basic oil change and the guys were friendly and thorough with my car inspection. I wasn’t expecting to have them do a inspection on my truck but they did. They told me that the do a break inspection and a exterior inspection on my truck too. It was included with the oil change. They suggested tire rod replacement and break pads replacement on my truck. They quoted for the work they suggested and it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. When I got in my car I noticed they had vacuumed the front areas of my truck and cleaned my dash. I normally go to jiffy lube cause they do that but I think I’ll be going to All Tune from now on. They are half the price for the work they do and it is honest repair shop that isn’t just doing the basic work. They want to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave. I was very satisfied with the work and I will be back to get the suggested work on my truck.

These guys are great! Not only did they help save me money, but they are also showed me that another well-​known tire company which will remain nameless. Tried to get over and lied to me saying that I needed my brakes done. Jack and Nathan made sure take good care of me. Very fast, knowledgeable and efficient. I’m willing to make the drive all the way from Tacoma. Nice to finally a shop I can actually trust! Definitely a will be a continuous customer!

Everytime I come here I get great customer service! The whole staff treat myself and my children with so much respect! I legit will only come here for my oil changes and tire repairs! Fast service, great staff and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of as a young lady (you know mechanics love to add on extra stuff to the bill!) anywho all and all a great experience! As I’m typing this Nathan and Jack are plugging a hole in my tire!!! Thanks guys!

My wife and I took our car to All Tune and Lube in Auburn to have the brakes done and «jack» the manager told me he was going to take the car out for a test drive. Over a half hour later he came back with a blonde female in the passenger seat. It turns out that jack used my car to pick up other customers at their homes who were having work done on their cars. In other words he used my car as a taxi for other people who had no ride. The customer he had in my car could have stolen property from my vehicle. He placed my car and its contents at risk using it as a shuttle service ride. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE

New the area so used Unilocal to help me find a location to get an extremely overdue tune up and oil change done. That’s how I found this place.
I stopped In on a Monday afternoon. I was slightly confused why the price of a tune up that I paid was nearly $ 100 more than what was advertised on their board.
The longest wait, honestly was while waiting for the parts to arrive. Once they lifted my car, I think they worked rather efficiently. Total wait time 2 hours. I think this is acceptable.
They also advertised free break checks with every service, the paper they handed back to me had a line drawn through the brake portion which may indicate I’m ok, but in other locations they are pretty good about detailing everything out. Not here. I’m thinking they didn’t check it.
My car seems to running ok. Not sure if I’d go back though. While I was waiting for my car, a lady came in and said her oil check light came on. She had her car serviced a few weeks ago at the same location. Her car was a newer car and she alleged this was the first time it’s ever come on.
I only saw one mechanic also. Which makes me wonder how he was single handedly working on multiple cars.
In closing, I asked them to change the interior air filter and the rear window wiper blade. After writing this review I got to thinking, I checked… they didn’t touch the rear wiper blade. Makes me wonder about the air filter. I definitely paid for something (total cost was just short of $ 400) I’ll be calling them tomorrow. Wtf?

Got an oil change here the other day. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They didn’t try to gouge or up-​sell me like other places. Make sure to look out for their coupons.
Found out I need new tires and they gave me a suggestion for a place that offers a good deal. They even vacuumed my front seat rugs. Will definitely come back!
