We absolutely loved our experience with Jay Poole and his team. They are knowledgable and very conscientious, paying attention to the little things. He is very concerned about doing the job well and I highly recommend him!

Jay was very helpful and professional. We had a circuit board and transformer replaced in our furnace in a timely manner. He even took the time to make sure I understood how the parts work and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use our thermostat. I would recommend Absolute Heating and Cooling to friends and family.

Absolute Heating and Cooling did a great job installing my new furnace, water heater and range after I switched to gas. All the work was done professionally and on time. There were several problems related to my old water heater that Jay and his nephew took the time to address before moving on with the installation. He pointed out that I had a small patch of mold growing behind my old water heater due to a leak. I had an extra piece of drywall in my garage, and Jay cut out and replaced the offending area free of charge. He also took the time to run the gas lines in places that made sense (some of the other bids I got from other companies had odd ideas about running the gas lines, such as one guy who said I could save $ 20 by having him run my kitchen gas line outside the house instead of going through the crawl space). Jay did the work about 9 months ago (as of 05/​13/​2015), and since then I have become a certified home inspector. Having the experience to know what I am looking at, the work was exceptional and the equipment he installed is known to be of high quality. Also, he had one of the most competitive bids out of the 6 companies I got estimates from. 5 star approval rating.

Jay continues to deliver excellent service, reasonably priced, and is exceedingly trustworthy and honest. So glad to have found his business.

Jay (the owner) is a honest, knowledgeable and friendly professional who will take the time to do the job right.
Jay fixed leaky gas pipes at my home along with fire place inserts and furnace in one day.
Although he was hired mostly for the leaky pipe, Jay graciously serviced and cleaned the fire place insert as well as the furnace in the same day.
Jay’s rates are also extremely competitive.
