Best auto repair honest mechanics I bought a truck off Craig’s list took it in to get road inspection got new radiator hoses oil change all for 500 $ came in second time after pep boys said I need a whole front end a&w replaced shocks 200 $. 1300 less that pep boys I love a&w auto.

I’d like to preface this review with the fact I live north of Seattle (Bothell), but I feel in every way that it is worth it to make the small journey out to Auburn for the care and service these guys provide.
Will takes pride in offering his best advice and solutions even to non-​car-​buffs like me. Listen because he has your (and your car’s) best interest in mind.
I’ve been here a maybe at least 4 times in the last year — the shop specializes in Mitsubishis, but also they’ve been great with my ’99 Volvo S70.
Schedule in advance because they get booked up.

Took my Evo to Will at A&W Automotive to have a diagnosis on my transmission issues. This guy knows evos like no other! He diagnosed my issues with my trans and my center diff in less than a hour then did a general inspection and let me know I was missing a few bolts to random places. This shop is the only place touching my Evo now.

What can I say, A&W Automotive is the place to take your vehicle. I felt welcomed and respected when I walked through the door. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with their superb customer service has left me speechless. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease when car maintenance can be a hassle. They made arrangements to stay later than business hours to meet deadlines, and even offered their personal vehicle so that I could run my errands. Of course I declined, but it was the thought that counts. Mechanics who are honest are rare sight these days. It amazed me that they were able to not only fix the issue but also spend some time looking over the vehicle to offer honest suggestions and knowledgeable feedback on what to tackle next. Will and Tobias answered all my questions I had and listened attentively to my feedback and concerns as well. They have earned my respect and trust and gained a new customer. Thank you!

Awesome job by owner Will who scheduled me in for service. I arrived and was greeted by Will and his Secretary Mercedes. The waiting area had plenty of car magazines for enthusiasts.
There were at least four or five cars ahead me. I was still served in a timely manner. Excellent customer service here.

Will and the guys at his shop are excellent alternatives to the classic «expensive service shop». My 2011 Evo X isn’t for just any shop to work on, I wanted somewhere that my car would be worked on as not just some lancer. Evos and STIs are complicated beyond many other cars and the average shop won’t take the time to make sure every procedure is done correctly. Bottom line bring any of your vehicles here for them to work on for a really fair price.

There is nothing like an auto mechanic you can trust and does a great job. Will and his crew will take care of you!

Will and his team are top notch. Outstanding customer service and they go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. As an owner of a 2012evox it’s hard to find mechanics that are knowledge of the car. Will not only is knowledgeable but actually owns one too. If you are an Evo driver this is a must shop for you and your needs.
