McDonald’s

I wish I could give this place zero stars; customer service is awful. There’s nothing else to say, I don’t ever want to go back to this location; I’d rather go out of my way for another McDonalds.

This is by far one of the worst Mc Donalds location. I have been here several times because it is close to my school. I really prefer driving an extra mile to another Mc Donald than this location. The workers do not know what they are doing. It once took them over 10 minutes to prepare a couple sandwiches and there were only 3 customers in the drive through. They always get my orders wrong. I always ask for no cheese and for some reason, I think the employees hate their jobs and through in cheese in the sandwich lol. Just check your sandwich before you drive away.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and I have eaten at many in my lifetime. Unfortunately, it is located right next to my school so when I am in the mood for a cheap and «fast» burger I am stuck going to this McDonalds’s. Especially at 1 or 2 in the morning during late night study sessions. Typically when I go I am picking up food for several people so I asked for a cup carrier one night and they were out. How do you run out of cup carriers? They aren’t perishable, order more than you need. The average wait time for your meal in the drive-​thru is three times that of other McDonalds. They can also never seem to get your order correct. The last time I went, I asked for extra pickles, there were no extra pickles. This most recent time, I asked for no cheese… there was cheese. This is McDonald’s folks. I worked at Burger King as a teenager, it isn’t that difficult to get things right.

This location seems scattered and seems to not go with the chain’s normal advertised specials. Last time we went, they were out of all beverages of any kind. McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but pick one of the many other locations in town.

What can you say when I’m banned from eating there. One of the girls said I threw my oatmeal at her when she dropped it in the exchange. Came in the next day and the female manager said I was banned from eating there, after eating there for years (the oatmeal and salad only) because my father knew the (then)owner of the local chain. I called corporate (four times), they called the owner (new owner) and she never called me back !!! Crap food, Crap owner, Crap Corporate. No wonder Mickey D is losing business.

Well run drive thru and very courteous and friendly staff. Got my food. It was fast and hot. Fries cooked perfectly. This is why I like McDonalds. It may not be the healthiest, but it is a treat for me every now and then.

Poor service. Known for inaccurate orders. Dining room is consistently messy. Does not accept Foursquare specials. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
