This store is awful. There is no customer service, you can never find anyone to help and when you finally do you stand in line to wait… for a long, long time. Wait at the fabric cutting line. Wait at the check out line. And even when I politely asked for help I was looked at incredulously, as if I had just asked for a first born.

I come to this JoAnn store for their huge selection of fabrics. The ladies who cut the fabrics for you are very knowledgeable so if I don’t know exactly what I need I just ask them for help. I am making some replacement curtains for our pop-up camper and I wasn’t thinking I could buy the fabric in white and then dye it in the washing machine. Excellent customer service. I only take away a star because I feel their standard prices are a little high. If you sign up for their email /text alerts you will occasionally get 50% and 60% off regular price coupons!

Love this store. They had a better selection of wall décor than home goods & kohl a. Who would have guessed a fabric store would have 3 isles of wall décor and the prices were great.

Very helpful staff for someone who has no idea what they’re doing. Thank you! The downside was the line to check out. Was surprised that they didn’t add someone on register.

Horrible place. Standing in line while writing this review. Came to pick up one item for my wife and there are 30 people ahead of me in line. Only 1 cashier!!! Staff is so rude, wouldn’t help me find what I needed to get. I will never return here again!

While discovering my inner DIY craftiness, I decided I wanted to make a pillow, I mean, if I could do it in 7th grade Home-Ec Class, I could surely do it now. right? So I made my way to JoAnn Fabrics. Fond memories of coming here with my mother as a child to pick out the fabric that she would make my horrific clothes with for the entire elementary experience. At least it was me picking out the fabrics this time. They had a lot to choose from, too many in fact. My indecisive Libraness made me question every piece I’d pick up. I finally settled on my colors and had to ask the gals there a few times where to find things. most were friendly and willing to walk you to the area instead of pointing. One completely forgot that she was showing me the way and decided she was going on break that very second. who can blame her, hunger rules. I loved being at the«cutting table», I was watching customers input their ideas with each other, offering up their crafting ideas, pitfalls, and successes. It was female comradery at its best. I left feeling positive and ready to tackle my project. Let’s hope it somewhat resembles a pillow.
