VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and classless. Lack organization & communication skills. Staff is undertrained and clueless. Because clientele is low income they treat them as if they are doing you a favor. Dr McGee misdiagnosed my son and the staff took over a week to send a referral out to my insurance to get him to a specialist. I was told by staff that the girl that handles referrals was on vacation and I had to wait until she got back., meanwhile my son was suffering from a irreversible time sensitive infection in his eye, yet she wanted me to wait another week. Needless to say, I told them it was not going to be pretty if I didn’t get that referral immediately and if I had to go down there or wait a week we were going to have serious problems.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this clinic. BEWARE IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD
