History
Established in 2013.
Take This Junk was started in August of 2013 by John Piazza. After years of working in a corporate environment, John decided he wanted to work for himself… Take This Junk was born.
With Take This Junk, you deal with John, the owner, from your initial estimate through performance of the job itself. He’s the guy that does the heavy lifting while you watch and point to what you would like to dispose of.
Meet the Business Owner
John P.
Business Owner
John started his professional career as a sales person with the Boston Herald newspaper back in 1996. After working with the Herald for over 5 years, he decided that he wanted more out of a career and began working with SuperCoups co-operative direct mail.
While still in the advertising and marketing field, he began to work specifically with small and medium sized companies. Here is where he learned about how businesses work and how to make a small, local business thrive.
After 10 years with SuperCoups, he was forced to change jobs due to a reorganization in the company. John went to work for Hibu. At that point he made the decision to start his own business… here we are today.
