Attorney Koban has been a practicing member of the Massachusetts bar and has actively been trying cases in the courts of Massachusetts since 1978. He is a graduate of the Boston University School of law and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, The Bristol County Bar Association, the Attleboro District Court Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Attorney Koban is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as in the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He is proud to hold a BV rating from Martindale and Hubble which indicates that he has been rated by his peers to have superior legal competency.
