History
Established in 2009.
Back in 1984, Greg Lewis began a long career in the coffee industry. He progressed from the sample room to trading coffee futures and became a coffee grader for the Coffee, Sugar, Cocoa Exchange. He has now returned to his true love of roasting coffee to achieve its individual characteristics.
Barbara began her career in coffee back at that same company in 1984, working in the traffic department. She was involved in the detailed process of getting coffee from source countries to roasters here in the US.
Together, they love to hear when someone is enjoying a cup of their coffee. They love helping the farmers who work so hard to produce a quality crop. And they love giving back to the community that supports them.

Business Owner
Greg worked as a coffee trader and grader for the Coffee, Sugar, Cocoa Exchange in NYC for many years. He now applies his knowledge, expertise and love of coffee to every batch of organic fair trade beans he roasts.
