Orders like half the menu because we’re in a large group, appetizers that were decent and enabled are the Thai chili chicken wings Chili hot dog & tater tots. Other than that, everything else was atrociously bad. Fried shrimp basket was tasteless and not fresh. Their salads were disgusting, which is the easiest thing to make. Shrimp appetizer was extremely overcooked. Everything was eh; it’s heinous to me how they’re still in business. Some of the staff was very nice, but that doesn’t help the fact that the food isn’t good at all. Service: 3 star Food: 1 star

We come to Landshark all the time. The view and the food is great but if you are lucky enough to have a bartender-server by the name of Jady well then you struck gold. Jady is beyond Curtious helpful and sweet and let’s not forget fun. The best person to take care of you! And get the tater tots

It might be a little too pricey for some and the menu is limited. Oysters came on a metal plate with a few cold rocks not ice so the oysters were not as cold. Ew much?! But the lobster Mac and cheese is bomb but too pricey. 3 stars for the atmosphere.

The service was horrible. We were the third group to come in. After we were seated, a bunch of other tables were seated. We ordered our drinks and food. The drinks took over twenty minutes to get to us. While we were waiting, we saw another group of people talking to the manager complaining about the service. They stormed out of the room angrily. The kids were complaining and I didn’t blame them. We waited for an hour while watching other people who came after us get served. After we told the manager that we were leaving, one of the other managers said that we would have to pay for the drinks — really? The head manager finally got the message and let us go without charge. Be fore-warned!

Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged when the place was empty. The service can’t be too good when that was the topic of conversation between my wife and I while we see in this place. When we finally were helped it was very poor service. Drinks sat empty long enough so we finally left. I love jimmy Buffett but I feel bad his name is on this place. Will not be back for high prices and low quality. Nailed it in Vegas and whiffed in AC. But then again that goes for the whole city.

Can’t beat the view. Great food. Usually you can find a little 10 or 20% off through the hotel concierge is. Service was a little bit slow but welcome to the beach and island life. Slow down and relax.

Overpriced, but tasty. The staff stands around looking at their phones more than waiting on customers. That’s even with two parties in the place. I sat at the bar and a party of four was in the restaurant area. At one point there were four employees standing at the bar on their phones. I had to wait a bit for my server/bartender to check back so I could get mayo and mustard. Probably would not return there on my next trip. I got a BBQ burger and onion rings. Red Robin is better; McDonald’s is not.

Land Sharks was the highlight of my otherwise lackluster Atlantic City visit. I hit the boardwalk midweek for a couple night stay at the Trump Taj Mahal in October and the town was dead except for Land Sharks. It’s not like there was a line out the door but it was half full and every other place we encountered was empty and lacking energy. So our waitress, I don’t remember her name was bubbly and full of positive energy. She may have been the only person in town that didn’t appear depressed. I ordered just a standard cheeseburger with fries and a beer. Nothing super special about the burger or fries but they hit the spot. The beer was ice cold along with the super friendly service was exactly what I needed after walking in and out of empty casinos and off the boardwalk where barely a soul was out and about on a beautiful fall late afternoon.

Landshark bar and grill is a nice outdoor spot for beer on the beach. First we sat at tables upstairs, which over look the water and had a cover band playing classic rock. Service was pretty standard and I had some fish tacos that weren’t particularly memorable. If you go downstairs there is a whole bar area, with lounge chairs and corn hole. It was hard to get a go at corn hole but cool that they had it. Then, its pretty easy to walk right onto the beach. I thought prices were a little expensive. They offered two size beers and pretty much made it a better deal to get the larger one-kind of like when you are at the movie theater.

The best margaritas I’ve ever had which is what keeps me coming back! I had to take off 1 star because the food selection is limited. Land shark is located right on the beach and the views can’t be beat!

I had a pretty solid time here until I made the mistake of indicating that their recycling methods were lacking. When I mentioned that, even though I had tipped literally 50%, the bartender chased me out saying I was never welcome again. I’m really not sure why this happened. I’m a bit of a bar fly, and I’ve literally never experienced something that terrible. Great location and menu with absolutely terrible human beings.

So this place has changed, and sorry to say in the wrong direction. Once again on vacation and I went with my family based on our last visit. This was my husbands first visit. As we were waiting for our food it came up in conversation that the new owners of the company are a investment company. I said to myself this is bad, this is why the place seems messy and no one cares. Also I had the feeling our food was not going to be the same. I was right. My wings, the whole reason for going, we’re not the giant great tasting wings from last year. The food was now that of every other chain restaurant anywhere and we could have found a better choice. Our server walked around with a frown on her face, the menu is very limited, and as clearly stated the food as changed for the worse. I don’t recommend going. There are plenty of restaurants with a better selection and better quality of food.

The venue itself is very very nice. It’s on the boardwalk, they have an inside and outside seating area, and a bar area down the stairs on the beach. They also brought out a bonfire pit on the beach when it got cold. I’d love to come back and check out the bonfire pit on the beach in the evening. We had Adam as our waiter and he was a nice guy. Our food took a while to come out but as we were waiting, Adam kept checking on us to offer us drinks. The food was nothing special. It’s pub food. The onion rings were pretty good. I had the fish sandwich with Mahi Mahi. When the food finally came out, the fish tasted soggy like it was frozen and all the ice melted on the fish when they put it on the grill. The salad I had with it also wasn’t anything special — iceberg lettuce and processed cheese on top. The venue itself is really really nice. There’s so many pub style places on the boardwalk that they should really do something special with the food to stand out from the other places. Especially with Johnny Rockets right next door, they should do something above and beyond with the food. They should definitely have a really good signature dish. Also, maybe some gluten free or organic options, something to set them apart from the rest of the boardwalk. The venue is too nice to just have pub food like the rest of the boardwalk. This trip, I sat with my family in the outside restaurant area but I’d definitely come back on a beach night when they’re doing the bonfire. It looked amazing.

My mom and I always go here for thai chili wings and drinks when we do a mother/daughter overnight. We were there Monday, Sept 14 and the wings, fries and drinks were as good as they always are. We sat outside overlooking the ocean and beach bar. Try the wings and the drink called Tranquil Waters.\ The staff is always pleasant and it’s a good place to go to chillax.

This place was a joke… It’s too bad because the actual building/restaurant/location is very nice and has potential. I’ve never seen such uncoordinated bartenders/servers in my life — after about five minutes of being ignored and watching the bartenders/servers literally dropping stuff left and right, we were wondering if they were drunk. We should have gone with our instincts and just left right then, but as we were about to get up and leave, a bartender finally meandered over. I know the Landshark is on the beach side of the boardwalk but really, the prices of the beer were ridiculous($ 5 for a lukewarm can of beer?) and from the looks of the menu, those prices looked way high too. Not to mention they appeared to be cleaning up to close at 10:19!!! I mean — really!!! In Atlantic City? Again, what a joke!!! PS — Go to the Irish Pub on the next block — it’s fun, affordable, the bartenders are great(and not drunk!) and they have live music. And the food is very reasonably priced and delicious!!! And they’re open 24 hours :)

Not sure how you could not like this place. I am currently sitting here on the beach, listening to Jimmy Buffett next to the fire, drinking a frozen concoction with the sun setting behind me. It’s not cheap, the drinks aren’t super strong, but you come to a place like this for the atmosphere, which is wonderful

Came to Atlantic City for a birthday and a few of us stopped here on the last day to get some drinks. It was a beautiful day and we decided to go to the Beach Bar to enjoy the sun. The setting is really nice, right on the beach with a lot of seating. There is an area to play cornhole which is actually pretty entertaining to watch. We had two rounds of drinks while we were there, the Incommunicado, Five O’Clock Somewhere and Bahama Mama first. Then we went with frozen drinks and got the Banana Breeze, Dreamsicle and Euphoria Daiquiri. All of them were great, I personally loved the Dreamsicle and wish there was somewhere around here that made one :(Only downside was that my friend felt the Banana Breeze was super thick, almost like melted ice cream. Otherwise it was a great time, and I got to work on my tan a little! Will definitely come back when we’re in town again.

We’ve eaten here before and the food is typical major chain/theme restaurant food. It was ok. Certainly nothing to write home about, but you could absolutely do worse in AC, so that counts for something. Today, we decided to just drink. We went down the stairs to the beach level, ordered some fruity drinks and chilled in the Adirondack chairs watching people just enjoying themselves. The drinks aren’t cheap, but at least they were tasty. The draft beer selection is limited, so most people just get the namesake, Landshark. I got a frozen banana drink that had just the perfect amount of booze mixed in(I’m a lightweight). They had a live band singing some fun sing-along songs and the weather was perfect, so it was all good. The staff is friendly and the bathroom were clean. They have a Jimmy Buffett Shop in the front if you’re looking for merchandise. Overall, a fun spot.

First time here. Saturday afternoon. Nice weather around 80 degree. So we decided to sit outside. Only 15 minutes wait. We are four adult plus my 9 months old baby girl. They provide high hair. The staff are very friendly. We ordered chili cheese hot dog(it’s huge… Very impressed. Yummy. It comes with pickle and fries. I can’t even finish half.) Fish taco(not too good…) Steam & peel shrimp(Must order! Spicy Cajun style seasoning! Really good! Luv it) Buffalo wings(spicy and above standard) Fried boneless chicken(fresh dropped hot and juicy, it comes with fries too) Tater totes …(the portion is bigger than I expected) We ordered four piña colada. Just okay ~ And dreamsicle(cocktail) not recommended! I’m pretty surprised about the price. Everything above plus two root beer & two coke. The bill is only under $ 100. Wow… That’s very nice!!! I thought it’s gonna be 150 or more. I mean in New York City four piña colada are gonna cost me $ 60. Nice seating area, nice staff, serve food fast, alway come back to check on us, food is good(not great but good), nice view if you sit outside. Price is affordable. Children friendly!!!

This place I tell you! Sheer bliss! What a wonderful time right by the sea with the live band playing and their scrumptious meals and drinks. I had the best time here. We stayed in Atlantic city for 3 days and we were here all the 3 days. The staff is awesome, bartenders have magic fingers and the live band is an icing on the cake. You should try the fish tacos and their variety of burgers. Out waitress Donna was such a darling. Tip her well if you see her next! I will not stop going back there, ever!
