KIds Camp

Whether the student is a beginner or an experienced surfer, our kids surf camps will enhance his or her surfing skills and experience. Skudin Surf provides colored rash guards to group participants according to age and ability, and children will be supervised by our experienced, NSSIA-​certified surf instructors from the time they arrive until they leave. We guarantee they’ll have an amazing day of fun in the sun!

Adult Camp

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced surfer our Adult Surf Camps will enhance your skills and surfing experience. Skudin Surf will cater to your ability level on learn from our experienced certified professional surf instructors. If you have time during the week definitely take advantage of our Adult Surf Camps! You will have a blast, we guarantee it!

Lessons

Skudin Surf brings the sport of surfing to people of all ages in a fun, positive, and safe environment. We offer a variety of surf lessons for all ages and abilities to meet your specific needs– from private and semi-​private surf instruction, weekend group lessons, birthday group lessons, and corporate events. All of our surf lessons are taught by certified professional instructors. History

Established in 2009.

Skudin Surf brings the sport of surfing to people of all ages and abilities in a fun, positive and safe environment. The company offers a range of private instruction, group lessons, camps, stand up paddle, corporate events, and birthday parties for adults and children in the seaside town of Long Beach, New York and Rockaway Beach. The previous five summers were a demonstrable success thousands of surfers traveled to us from the tri-​state area to participate.

The Skudin family has been teaching surfing for over 30 years. Parents Dave and Beth Skudin surfed together as children in the 60’s with Beth’s dad Dick Bolton. They continued beth’s fathers tradition and shared their love of the sport with their four boys. The family comes from a heritage of lifeguards, swimmers and surfing champions. Dave and Beth raised their children in some of the most famous surf spots in the country, and have lived in Hawaii and the Outer Banks of North Carolina

Cliff S.

Business Owner

Cliff is co-​founder and president of Skudin Surf Inc., as well as a nationally-​ranked lifeguard and experienced water man. He has traveled around the globe to surf and has paddled into some of the biggest waves on the East and West Coast. Cliff holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education and excels in working with children with special needs.
