We provide towing services for the beaches, including Ponte Vedra. We service Arlington. 4×4 towing, heavy duty, winch outs, lock outs. Specializing in all towing needs, nothing too small or too big. We do private property impounds (Tow Away Zones) for apartment communities, shopping malls including St. Johns Towncenter, and Avenues Mall. Our fleet of wheel lift, roll backs and heavy wreckers are ready to go 24 hrs. a day everyday. Security clearance for military towing.

Dispatch had me wait for over 2 hours, just to finally admit she can’t get ahold of the driver. Blatantly lied to me every 30 minutes, for 2 hours! Terrible service.

This group doesn’t even have a bench to sit on and if you have to pick up your car after business hours expect to sit outside on the ground for at least an hour. No apology will be offered and when you ask that they be somewhat considerate of their «customers» the they will laugh in your face and say «A bench? Ha! How about a bar? That’d be nice too, huh?»

Tow took forever to get there but the driver saved the rating. Guy was down to earth and easy to talk to. Said that the company treats him okay but def not what he wants to do. If this guy wasn’t as friendly and positive as he was this would have been the last time I would have ever thought about using this company. Give that guy a raise and a vacation.

Not that you really have any choice who you are towed by, but if you’re going to be towed these guys are pretty nice about it. They run a little lot out in Mayport, but it’s not a really scary part of Mayport.
ASAP tows cars out of Arlington and the Beaches, so if you happen to wake up after a raucous night at the beaches and have a «Dude where’s my car» moment, these folks may have your car.
A few words of advice: daytime pickups are about 20 bucks cheaper than night time so don’t drag your feet, and your car will accrue extra charges for staying additional days. They also have a 15% off check-​in offer with a Unilocal check-​in right now.
