Having used them for many years for seasonal palm tree trimming only, they get two stars instead of one for longevity and receive the low rating due to my recent experience with the owner’s dishonesty and lack of service. After being told they were done with the job I trusted that they were. I paid them and as soon as they left I found one tree not trimmed. They are $ 40 each so I quickly ran out to get a worker who told me the owner told him not to do it. He apologized and returned to do it. The owner would not return the workers phone call but he did talk to me and seemed quite uncomfortable when I mentioned the tree. Later that weekend I found two more large trees that had not been trimmed so another $ 80 I had been taken for. These are the same trees he has trimmed for the last several years and knows which ones to do, plus they are very easy to see. When he came out to walk the property he informed me he had trimmed some itty bitty trees and counted them as my tall palms for $ 40 each. These are trees I can trim myself and reach easily as they are not taller than 6 feet tall. I thought it was very dishonest that he avoided the tall palms he was hired to do and had done in previous years and refused to refund my money. I was very calm and quiet about it as we had decided to not use this company again if he did not make good on this job. His response was very childish. He said if I was nice to him he would trim them for me. Never again will I work with an unprofessional company like this. Very, very disappointed, as we had worked with them for years. Very deceitful. And would have been very easy for them to do the right thing.
