Each of our placement providers is either a former full-​time professional nanny or a mother. We understand the special relationship that can develop between a family and their nanny. I have been in the childcare field for over 10 years now with my experience ranging from being a nanny, a music teacher, a camp counselor and an English teacher in Taiwan in 2009. I had my first child in January 2013! I am able to see things from the parent’s perspective as well as having the insight into the nanny’s perspective through my years working as a nanny prior to opening my nanny agency. I have been placing nannies with families since 2010 and I understand what it means to leave your most prized posession with someone new. My goal is to make parents feel as comfortable as possible in the process and find them outstanding childcare!

Kristina helped me find the perfect nanny and I can honestly say that if it weren’t for her I would not have been able to go back to work. Here’s why she was awesome.
1. She was available to answer ALL and I mean ALL my MANY questions. (First time hiring a nanny)
2. She only presented me candidates that were a good fit. Other agencies sent me a ton of candidates but none were what I wanted and one even scared my daughter so much she cried for 20 minutes after the nanny left…
3. She was willing to screen an applicant I met on
to ensure she was truly qualified and reliable.
4. She knows a LOT about being and hiring a nanny. For a first time mom going back to work and scared out of her mind about leaving her baby with a nanny, her knowledge was SO helpful and comforting.
5. The rates are reasonable and most importantly flat. Some of the other places we looked at charge a crazy ridiculous fee and their use of a % of total salary made me feel as if they were only sending me candidates at the top of my scale because they wanted a bigger referral check.
Overall, I would say if you are looking to hire a nanny, you can’t do much better than Your Happy Nest.

This was one of the best decisions ever! My husband and I are first time parents and were looking for a nanny — care dot com was really overwhelming. We heard of your happy nest through word of mouth and worked with Kasie Bennett. Within 24 hours of my filling out the online application we had heard from her! We met with her in person and she took note of all extras that we were looking for (experience with infants, option for travel and to do nights etc) and she found us fabulous candidates to interview! In fact she did such a good job that I ended up really liking two of the nannies she sent — really broke my heart to say no to one! Had a fabulous experience would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nanny!

Kasie Bennett of Your Happy Nest did an excellent job providing top notch wedding child care that exceeded the standards of even the pickiest parents on our guest list. She handled the entire process from helping us identify what parents would want in a babysitter (we are not parents ourselves), to communicating with parents about the standards that would be used in selecting sitters, to identifying highly qualified providers, to communicating with them about logistics and expectations. We were able to focus on the countless other important elements of the day and were able to relax knowing that the childcare and our youngest guests were in great hands. After the wedding I heard about the arts and crafts projects the sitters did with the children, how easy the process was for everyone, and what a gift it was to our guests to give their children a fun event, while the parents were able to fully enjoy the wedding.

Over a couple short weeks Bayly brought us several qualified candidates, including two that fit us very well.

I knew I had to start working longer hours after my infant son passed the 12 week mark, so we wanted to search for a part time nanny. We didn’t know where to start and had heard so many horror stories, so we spoke to Bayly from Your Happy Nest about having them find us a nanny. She was very accomodating and understanding about our family’s needs, and what kind of nanny we were looking for. Bayly is sweet and professional, answered all of my questions articulately, and was very prompt in sending us some possible applicants. She interviews the nannies herself, and lets us interview the ones we were interested in meeting. The whole process was very smooth and natural. We had found a great nanny who loves and cares deeply for our son, who helps us put him in a regular schedule, thanks to Bayly! I love that Your Happy Nest also does extensive background checks for us, which gives us peace of mind. I always recommend Your Happy Nest to every mom who is looking for a full-​time or part-​time nanny, an overnight nanny or even an occasional babysitter!

I had a very short time frame to find some help and Bayly had 3 interviews by the end of the week of all very good candidates. The third was hired on the spot knowing Bayly had prescreened so I felt comfortable making the offer. My nanny’s been with me for 1 ½ years and has become family. Bayly did an outstanding job with the match and I’ve already referred her to my friends and they’ve had great experiences as well.
