Horrible place. The food quality is disgusting and definitely got food poisoning from this place. Stay away!

Horrible customer service. Have been here twice and truly awful service both times. Sandwiches take forever to get made and staff treats you horribly. Sandwiches are pretty good but not at all worth the bad treatment and extremely slow service. Do not eat here unless you want to be treated like crap.

Better than subway. There is now a location in downtown macon! right next to dunking donuts. I’ll be getting my sandwiches from here instead of nasty ass subway.

Came here for lunch. This place is unique in ordering because you pick a bag with the sandwich that you want, and then use a marker on that bag to change/add options to your sandwich. We got the Bag #4 Chicken Cordon Bleu to which we added Swiss cheese, mayo(lite), caramelized onions, and spinach. The ordering process was fast and the preparation was quick and presentable. The caramelized onions were a great addition! Nothing extraordinary but very enjoyable overall.

Good for popping across the street for a quick, simple, affordable, customizable sandwich. Love being able to choose wheat bread, white bread, lettucewich(although I really did not like that concept in practice), and a bowl; hot or cold; choose between a ton of meats(or not); and then so many veggie, cheese, sauce, and other choices. Iced tea is always fresh-tasting, thank goodness. Love being able to order online and pick it up 15 mins later. Service is always efficient.

My friend just stopped there because she wanted to get a bowl and they were very rude to her & the restaurant smells really nasty! We came about 30 minutes before closing. The employees acted as if it was an inconvenience to answer the questions she had about the menu. They acted as if our presence was an inconvenience, period. Her order was ready quickly but looked very thrown together. We were planning on sitting there for her to eat but the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The employees were obviously in a rush to close. And when she asked for an extra ranch before we left the employee rolled her eyes and threw it to her. She had ordered a drink but it was overlooked, luckily wasn’t charged for it. I’m all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but it was a fairly disappointing experience.

I decided to hit this place up before I went to the movies. The pros: 1. Very convenient to the shopping district. Easy to find. 2. You create your order from scratch by filling out a paper bag and checking off the options. You choose everything. The bread, type of sandwich, toppings, double amounts, etc. I do dig the ability to create my own sub from scratch. 3. Decent price for a meal. Since I typically drink water, my meals cost less than for most others. The cons: 1. Definitely not a busy place when considering how many people frequent Atlantic Station. Definitely a sign that should have skipped it. 2. I kept it simple and ordered a BLT, which is a pretty simple sandwich to make. I was unimpressed by the small amount of bacon on the sandwich. It wasn’t very fulfilling as a meal. I would consider it a $ 4.00 sub rather than almost a $ 6.00 sub for the what I was expecting. All in all this is your typical franchised«fast food» type of destination. If you’re hungry, then skip this place and head to the Publix nearby and have them make their legendary Boar’s Head subs for a bit more money but a definite meal. I highly doubt I will go back because it’s below average for my expectations.

One employee was nice, the other was rude. I also can’t properly review… The girl forgot half the things in my sandwich. She just put chicken, Pesto, & spinach… I don’t know why… the boxes were checked in front of her and no one else was there. *sigh*

I ordered Which Wich last night through GrubHub: a 14″ buff chicken & kids RB. After waiting 10 mins after the ETA, I called to see what was going on. GrubHub called the store and then called me back saying it should be there in the next ten mins. 20 mins later he comes. I had to ask for the water bottle that I also ordered and he forgot. I get inside and look at my sandwich and they put American cheese on my sandwich when I asked for mozzarella. The cheese on the kids was Mozz so I know it wasn’t because they were out of Mozz. I live about 10 minutes at the very most from Atlantic Station so there is really no reason for all this. I love Which Wich but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do go back, I won’t be going to the one in Atlantic station.

Ok, I’ve eaten here only once before and the sandwiches aren’t bad… the roast beef is a bit too salty for my liking. On my visit 08÷03÷15 I ordered the«Wicked» with all the toppings. The girl making the sandwich had a very long ponytail with no type of netting on it… she was slanging it all over the place. I couldn’t believe that management would allow that. I examined my sandwich throughly for hair but to no avail. Which Which get it together before you lose customers. The 2 star rating is for that reason and not the quality of the food.

One of my favorite sandwich places! My wife and I stop here after church almost every Sunday. I love how they rotate special sandwiches of the month. It’s definitely a fun way to make your own sandwich! The food is always fresh and they make it very quickly!

Probably never going to order from here again. I’m not sure who is to blame, but my food arrived missing a sandwich. There was a lot of confusion because I ordered it through Eat24. Apparently Eat24 contracts through FoodToYou. I basically had to call 3 companies who kept passing the buck. The employee at Which Wich was quick to deny fault and had never heard of Eat24. The delivery driver had multiple people in the car with him and was unable to find our address. I had to walk to his car where he passed the food to me through his window. Once I realized the sandwich was missing I had to wait for them to go back and bring it again. When he brought the food back he was very rude and standoff-ish. Why would the driver be mean to me when he forgot the food? I gave him a 20% when I placed the order. I wish I could get my tip back and just refund everything. Other than the terrible delivery service that could be Eat24 or FoodToYou’s fault the sandwiches were pretty terrible. I asked for mustard on mine and the entire exterior of the sandwich was covered in mustard to the point where it was soggy. Even a mustard addict wouldn’t have that much mustard. Our company & our clients will never order Which Wich again and try to make sure none of our deliveries are through Eat24 or FoodToYou. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Time to use Zifty.

Hate to be so harsh, but how hard is it to follow what you check on the order form there employer created? Not mention, tables dirty and services is never nice.

I really like how you order! Everything is written by you, so there are no confusions. Protip: Mark the back of the bag so you know which one in the line is yours. They’ve got a pretty good selection of meats, and sooooo many toppings. Also healthy, low-carb choices like Skinny Mywich(thinner bread, so you just get the crunch without the carbs) and the lettucewich. WAY better than Jimmy John’s lettuce wrap, btw.

Only reason this place got a star is because the food is amazing. someone needs to work on who gets to hire the employees. Ones plying an iPod the others cursing and the one behind the register snatched a cup from my wife’s hands and said no no as if she was a child who hires these people I understand your probably on minimum wage and hate your job but respect your customers your holding the name of this establishment. Then as she was sitting down stamping envelopes she’s singing a rap song called«I don’t F with U» out loud? This is crazy I’ll be making sure corporate hears about this not because of what there doing because nobody snatches something out of my wife’s hand after we’ve paid for it and not apologize

First of all, I cannot tell a lie… My son works at one in Dallas, Texas, so I kinda got the Inside skinny on how to order from the jump! That being said, as I’m back home in Atlanta, I am on my own. My first foray into wichery was bag 2: the BBQ and slaw. No, I’m wrong, it was the bag 9: Gyro… hmmm, I forget. I had one the first day of my visit, and one the next. Whichever way, I loved both of them. as I don’t have the bags with me, and am not gonna rebuild on the site, just so I can tell you, suffice it to say, I had them MY way. I think the Gyro comes with fries on it, which I had on the side. I tried the chocolate chip cookies. Delish, mmmm. I had the Peanut Butter, which is a nope for me. I had a strawberry shake too. and tea. I tried a lot of stuff there, don’t judge me! The last day, my son made me something off the papers. I don’t know WHAT was in it, but it was smoking good. I may just text him and see if he remembers. If you can be creative, then you can win in the lunch arena everytime. If not, you still come out on top. We have also tried the French Dip, and the Wicked this week. I added fried onions and mustard to my Wicked. I am going for broke next time, and putting as much as I can think of. Just to see if it gets better, or nah. I don’t usually get sandwiches, but when I do, I get them all at Which Wich. Okay, Bye!

I would say Which Wich is a step above Subway with more variety than both Jimmy John’s and Publix. Which Wich’s subs are a bit smaller but priced a bit higher. The DIY method of ordering is fun but also prevents you from having too much interaction if you’re in a get-in-get-out mood. The food itself is not fantastic compared to a publix sub but if you are looking for options, this is your place.

«Should I fix you some sandwiches?» — Bad Santa(2003) This is what all«BYO» sandwich shops should be — not me giving directions to someone over a sneeze guard, but being able to easily write it down and pass it over and go sit while someone takes the time to build it properly(without me standing over them). So WW has been around for some time and I used to do faxed orders from this location all the time and they would deliver them to my office. So I was already a fan of this location, for sure. But recently, I was going to a movie screening at the Regal and we needed something to eat first, so we stopped in for a quick bite. We were not disappointed. I grabbed a bag and contemplated what I wanted — Chicken Parm with all the fixins. I opted for the middle size — mostly because I can never remember if the small if big enough(it is). The sandwich came out within about 3 minutes, nice and toasty. I could only eat about 2⁄3 of it, but it was just as I had requested it. Zapps VooDoo chips and Iced Tea always round out the perfect sammie meal. I’m a fan.

I struggle with giving 4 stars to any franchise restaurant but this place stands out amongst its competitors(e.g., Subway, Quiznos, Blimpies, Firehouse, Jerseys, etc). Overall, great tasting sandwich served on great tasting bread. They put on just the right amount of meat and toppings. They have a unique ordering process where you design the sandwich by choosing a bag based on the meat you want then checking the box for the toppings and condiments you want on your sandwich which is cool because I’m very picky. Definitely more pricey when compared to its competitors but I don’t mind paying for quality. Try it!

Never heard of this place and didn’t even realize it was a small chain. Had lunch here and i enjoyed it. Fun ordering system but be careful not to get crazy with the toppings. I saw the signature Wicked Wich had 5 meats(Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Peperoni, and Bacon) and 3 cheeses(your choice). I had to give it a try! I got the medium(10.5 in.) sub and it was way more than enough. I should have gotten the smaller one. I was satisfied for lunch and enjoyed the house chips. Great spot for lunch while shopping around at Atlantic Station.
